Great hotel but room not super clean
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and very friendly during check in, the view from the room was also nice.

Cons:

Last time I stayed at this hotel I loved it and thats why I came back, however this time I was left quite disappointed. During my stay I felt the standard of the cleaning just wasn't as good as last time. The curtains looked tattered and old, the shower curtain was all discoloured at the bottom and one morning when I opened the curtains I found someone else's sunglasses on the floor which made me feel like the room had not been cleaned properly, there was also a water bottle cap under the wardrobe so just overall it didn't feel very clean.

Wonderful stay with so much comfort!
Pros:

Extremely comfortable bed, cleanness, room design and space available.

Cons:

The construction noises on a Saturday early morning isn’t fun at all, so I won’t be returning in the next year or so just because of this. Otherwise this place is absolutely amazing! The best I could have booked!

Great staff, good location, clean and fresh but noisy with construction surrounding the hotel.
Pros:

Clean, new and the staff were lovely

Cons:

Quite noisy with all the construction work surrounding the hotel, especially the Metro right next door.

Great base for central Sydney. Views from bar good.
Pros:

Well situated. Secure. Friendly staff. Washington and drying facilities very helpful.

Cons:

Degree of noise with traffic and building work. Then it is in the centre of Sydney.

Great location but light rail noise.
Pros:

Great central location and the bedding and towels felt luxury quality. The kitchenette was also very handy for a short stay.

Cons:

The digital guest experience wasn’t explained at check-in. Noise from the light rail (staying in Apt 302) making it difficult to sleep; rail operates 5am-1am.

Pros:

Excellent location and nearby train station. The amenities and view.

Cons:

The noise into the early morning 2:00-3:00am outside at the clubs is very loud and did keep me awake.
