Great except for the aweful construction noise ~ 12 hrs per day
Pros:

Great location and facilities.

Cons:

My mother is 5.2ft she couldn’t reach anything in the cupboards in the kitchen.
The construction noise was awful and very intrusive.
As you would know the construction was running for ~ 12 hrs per day with consistent jack hammering noise the entire time.
It really gets on your nerves, this was not a cheap apartment and it really dampened the overall experience. Whilst it won’t happen this type of known noise should be disclosable as we wouldn’t have booked had we known.

Not worth the money you pay
Pros:

The location was great. The space of the apartment with the two bedrooms and and joining lounge was nice.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was faulty and despite a maintenance request/ fix it still was not ok and was hard to open and close. The staff we mixed in response and manner. Two were great. Two were quite rude.

a great choice
Pros:

Rooms were clean and modern. Although the pool was small, it was heated and great for a quick splash with the kids. Great location, just a short walk to light rail and plenty of bars and restaurants. Really good cocktail bar near the reception desk.

Great, fancy, comfortable, central
Pros:

The location is super central and connected, the apartments have good views and are quite comfortable and modern. The pool is quite relaxing and the gym is small but normally free. The food is quite good

Cons:

Well, it’s not cheap but quality is never cheap

Awesome location, very comfortable beds and nicely furnished rooms, would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Location was awesome! Very easy to check in and get in/out of the hotel. Room refreshed every day - great service.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel, but construction site opposite and quite a homeless community nearby.

Pros:

Location.
Despite construction on 2 sides opposite the hotel, the soundproofing was good. Hardly heard any internal noise either.
Nice kitchenette, and great to have washer and dryer.

Cons:

The room was not clean. I pointed this out to the staff who were very apologetic - so got a 'VIP' clean and a box of chococlates and bottle of bubbly which was a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, the room just smelled of bleach afterwards. There was still dust and grime.
This was disappointing and not of a standard that any guest should accept, no matter the price of the room. And this hotel does not come cheap.
