Very good service and a lovely quite new hotel. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained very well. Our room had some mold issues. Luckily, we were able to change to another room.

バストイレ別なのがとても良かったです。
タクシーの手配をお願いしたのですが、快くご対応下さり、タクシーに荷物を積む際も手伝って下さって何から何まで本当に有難かったです。
次に大阪に滞在する時もぜひこちらのホテルにお世話になりたいと思いました。

お風呂とトイレが別で良かったし、お風呂も広くてゆっくりすることができた。
ホテルから大阪駅まで歩いて行けて途中飲食店もあり遅くまで営業されていたのでライブのあとでも食事することができた。

Gab an der Rezeption Snacks und Getränke gratis. Alle Amenities konnte man sich nach Bedarf mitnehmen. Sogar Creme und Gesichtsmasken, was wirklich toll war nach einem langen Tag. Das Frühstück war ausbaufähig und war leider das schlechteste während unserer gesamten Reise in Japan. Es gab ein bestellbares Gericht aus einer Auswahl von 4 (von dem ein Teenager nicht satt wurde) und ansonsten zwei Sorten Cornflakes, Minicroissants, Minimuffins. Kein frisches Obst, kein Salat, kein Brot, kein Reis. Die Zimmer waren klein und leider nicht komplett zu verdunkeln. Aber alles war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Weg zur nächsten Metro war etwas weiter (ca 10-15 Minuten Fußweg). Teilweise konnte man einen Bus nehmen. War alles machbar, auch Konbinis in der Nähe. Für eine weitere Reise würde ich wahrscheinlich versuchen etwas zentraler bzw. näher an einer Metro zu wohnen. Kann das Hotel alles in allem empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
