Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und es war alles ok. Das Zimmer könnte größer sein. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es war kein Buffet, man soll sich Abend vorher entscheiden was man morgens frühstücken möchte.

Hotel très proche de la gare de Kyoto, c’est vraiment pratique , aussi proche des restaurants, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel

Завтрак был отличный, всего 4 варианта на выбор, но мы ели практически каждый день (естественно) японский вариант - мисо, рыбка , было очень вкусно! Расположение отеля также отдельно большой +. Удобно добираться и до станции метро и до центра, если нужно просто погулять. Персонал был приветлив, дружелюбный. В отеле есть обменник, курс хуже чем в банке или на улице, но это скорее не минус, а просто наблюдение.
Рекомендуем всем данный отель к посещению! Цена и расположение в не сезон - очень даже адекватные.

This is my third time at this hotel, simply because I really like it.
Pros:

This is my third time at this hotel. Great value for money. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is excellent, clean, and bed comfy. Love there is a shower and a tub, so you can relax after a long day. The location excellent and easy to get around from the hotel with the train.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Good breakfast options, nice sized bathroom (rare in Japan), about 15 mins walk from metro and train stations, great for Umeda nightlife

Cons:

Very limited parking! It's misleading to say they have parking when filtering on booking.com there are 2-3 spaces out front that is all

Ein sehr warmherziger und freundlicher Empfang durch das Personal. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lobby ist extrem praktisch gestaltet, bietet tolle Arbeitsplätze und ist bestens mit USB-Anschlüssen ausgestattet – ideal für Reisende. Der Duschbereich war überraschend großzügig und komfortabel. Es gibt verschiedene, abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksoptionen, die man bequem vorreservieren kann

Superb boutique hotel conveniently located.
Pros:

A delightful boutique hotel with friendly staff in a convenient location. Each room has a combined shower and batch in a wet room. A separate WC and the washbasin in the room. Comfortable bed/beds and unobtrusive AC. Combined reception/bar/restaurant with relaxation area with coffee and afternoon complimentary soft drinks.

Cons:

All good. Very happy with Umedaholic hotel. A Holic hotel in Umeda.

Sympa et accueillant mais gare au besoin d’équipements…
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique- très aidant pour le service bagages. Bien décoré. Bonne literie et chambres confortables.

Cons:

Le service laverie HS - les machines n’essoraient pas le linge… la galère pour courir en pleine nuit trouver une laverie automatique à 15 min de là. 😕
