When you order somthing staff comes and they are like over smiling felt like try to insult this is too bad behaviour I have stayed more then 3 4 time but recently I face this situation may be it's because of new staff ..and one more thing try to give one matress for double bed you guys joined two single bed matress and it's uncomfortable

Good Hotel
Pros:

I booked a deluxe Room at Hotel Gulmohar Grand, but they allotted at their 2nd unit called 'Hotel Gulmohar Grand Annex', a renovated Assam Type building having 8 deluxe Rooms, but without Restaurant & Bar. Off course, Room service was there.

Cons:

I booked a room of their main Hotel to stay with my better half. The Hotel management should inform me in advance that the Room was allotted at the 2nd Unit.

Golmohar was pretty good
Pros:

Very functional with an eye for the details. The beds and pillows clean and cozy. The bathrooms clean, plumbing fine, exhaust working well and there is line for hanging hankies and undrrgarment if you happen to rinse those. Geyser worked without any issue. The tea bags, assorted biscuits and chips with the kettle are thoughtful. But a bed switch for a dim light should be there. The bed side reading lights were not working. But then it did not affect me much. The food in the restaurant and the service were apt. The waitresses, the security personnel, the maintenance people were helpful and courteous.

Cons:

None at reception, room service at night after 11 till 8 am. Your only contact is the security personnel. But they told me that any help is only a phone call away
