Very pleasant, super respectful people, easy for new travelers.
Pros:

It was very pretty super well put together and super clean

Cons:

Only issues I had and nothing to do with staff but the shower head in my room was messed up

If all beds are the same, I can’t stay there again.

Bed was HARD IN room 238. I asked for a room near elevator instead, I got one at the VERY end of hallway.

Pros:

Walk in to front desk and staff were very hospitable, and greeted with smiles. The staff even signed me up for a rewards program they offer since I travel a lot. The entire stay was very pleasant and would recommend to anyone to stay there while in Charleston.

Cons:

They only thing that was a little bad, was my room. Missing a recept cover, some dust under the desk, paint spots on the ceiling. To me it is a small complaint, but to someone else could make a federal case of.
