Pros:

Proximity of the pet friendly area to the elevators was excellent.

Cons:

The dog freindly area could use some work. Grass or artificial grass instead of pine straw under a beautiful tree. Cleaning to area for trash. Would be my only improvements.

Fun for kids! Good food! Comfortable beds

Cons:

Elevators were slow and shaky and scary, daughter took the stairs, sharp edge on shower door cut my daughters foot. I alerted house keeping to prevent future injuries

Amazing. It was super bowl weekend.
Pros:

The guy who worked front desk was so kind. I wish all hotels had people like him. It made our stay so much better. Actually everyone there was so nice. Def will be back and hotel was awesome. Room was great! Thank u

Cons:

I think our only negative was no closet. But whatever. We still hung stuff on the racks.

Pros:

Check in and all was super easy through the app. Having the digital key ready at 11:30 at night made it a breeze.

Cons:

The only "issue" we had was coming back to our room and they were already in there cleaning when we hadn't checked out. We were there for our daughters competition and had to be up at 6a.m to get ready, eat and be at the event center by 730. Since we got in at 1130pm the night before we didnt bring much. So we put our backpacks in the car and went to the competition. Checkout is at 12 and we were back at 1115 so our daughter could change and shower before we made our 6 hour drive back home. They were already in there cleaning and said "didn't you already checkout? There was nothing in the room" I told them no that we hadnt checkout because we were coming back for her. They did allow us to go back into the room, but I do think this all could have been avoided had they waited until we were actually checkout out of the room.

uncontrolled group of children allowed to run halls all night running, banging on doors - no sleep
Pros:

breakfast was good

Cons:

45 children were booked onto our floor and allowed to run wild all through the night. We asked to be moved and this request was denied. The children were so noisy banging doors, knocking on doors and running down hallways all night that our stay was not enjoyable. We were exhausted from the lack of sleep. This was a work trip and we wanted a peaceful place to recharge - we were not able to do this. Staff did not help us with this situation.
