The location was good.
It was dirty. The room smelled completely like chlorine from the pool. The bathroom was gross. The floors felt dirty, had to wear slippers the whole time. I also got checked out early while I was still in bed in my room. Someone tried to come in and then management came to pressure us out.

The pool was ice cold and the breakfast options were pitiful
The setting and bagel was good. the hot tea was good.
It would have been nice to have something other than omelets and polish sausage; especially for protein :)

The location was great.
There wasn’t a microwave in my room.
Proximity of the pet friendly area to the elevators was excellent.
The dog freindly area could use some work. Grass or artificial grass instead of pine straw under a beautiful tree. Cleaning to area for trash. Would be my only improvements.
Fun for kids! Good food! Comfortable beds
Elevators were slow and shaky and scary, daughter took the stairs, sharp edge on shower door cut my daughters foot. I alerted house keeping to prevent future injuries
The guy who worked front desk was so kind. I wish all hotels had people like him. It made our stay so much better. Actually everyone there was so nice. Def will be back and hotel was awesome. Room was great! Thank u
I think our only negative was no closet. But whatever. We still hung stuff on the racks.
Awesome clean smell all over the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the bed/ pillows were very soft.
Check in and all was super easy through the app. Having the digital key ready at 11:30 at night made it a breeze.
The only "issue" we had was coming back to our room and they were already in there cleaning when we hadn't checked out. We were there for our daughters competition and had to be up at 6a.m to get ready, eat and be at the event center by 730. Since we got in at 1130pm the night before we didnt bring much. So we put our backpacks in the car and went to the competition. Checkout is at 12 and we were back at 1115 so our daughter could change and shower before we made our 6 hour drive back home. They were already in there cleaning and said "didn't you already checkout? There was nothing in the room" I told them no that we hadnt checkout because we were coming back for her. They did allow us to go back into the room, but I do think this all could have been avoided had they waited until we were actually checkout out of the room.
