Could have been better.
Pros:

Convenient to airport

Cons:

Couldn’t work the television or heater. Room was stuffy. Water power in shower was not good.

All and all my stay was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and convenient given I was there for a wedding. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Our bathroom in the room had hair in the shower and a few on the toilet. I was a housekeeping supervisor of a hotel previously, and am one currently at a bed and breakfast so I do check my rooms anytime I stay somewhere so the hairs were off putting.

The no room ready 30 minutes after check in. I arrived at 2:47. They said there was a problem with rooms and they would have it ready in about 15 minutes. I went back in at 3:12 the room was not ready when I said I might need a refund the front desk man? Got very agitated and started waving his head and saying that was just fine I could have a refund. When I asked for a manager he got even more irritated. The assistant manager who told me four times she was the AGM and she was doing housekeeping. That's a her problem not a me problem I had somewhere to be and I booked that hotel for the 3:00 check in. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else that had a room available the second I walked in. As advertised

Wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel was very communal, the lobby was fun at night, lots of people hanging out having fun! And the hotel was very nice for the price point!

Cons:

The shower in our room leaked a lottttttt and the mattress was a little springy but definitely small problems that didn’t affect the trip at all
