My only complaint was very weak water pressure in the shower, but my sister stayed on a higher floor and hers was fine.

Staff was incredible and understanding, definitely a good spot to stay if you need an affordable option near the convent
Pros:

Easy flow, close to conventional center and mall, indoor pool and pool table.

Cons:

Constant smell of sewer on level 3, room seemed dirty when we arrived at it could not be cleaned for two days due to rotation

A great experience ruined by one person.
Pros:

The counter staff, the people helping with food were amazing. One even offered to cook a real egg for my husband who is a picky eater. The manager is a top knotch person.

Cons:

Check out was at noon. We went to the venue across the street at 9:00 am was back at 10:30 to find the house keeping staff, in our room. She had taken things out of our fridge, out of our cooler, and when pressed she took them out from under a blanket on her cart. Had we checked out that would have been a different story, but we hadn’t. I took the concern to the manager and he gave us a complimentary night anywhere in the US because we are reward members. But it really upset me.

Overall the hotel was satisfactory but needs more attention to the housekeeping.
Pros:

The friendly staff and the amenities.

Cons:

The bathroom and one of the beds had stray hairs in them. The elevators was not clean as well as the outside smoking area.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

Staying for a week for dance competition our credit card company mistakenly canceled our reservation halfway through our stay. We had no where to stay. Angela saved us and we at least were able to stay another night giving us time to figure out what we were going to do next. Thank you Angela you couldn’t have been nicer to us or more helpful!
