Prachtig gelegen in het oude centrum, met een voor zo'n hotel karige uitrusting.
Pros:

lokatie centrum met veel oude architectuur

Cons:

hoofdstraat lag open, daardoor beperkte bereikbaarheid.

Too expensive for what it offers. Parking is a hassle. Good location and breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a great location to explore Detmold. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

During my stay the temperature was over 30 degrees. Which made the room very hot. The only way to cool the room is by opening the windows. But since it is located on a busy street, I did not catch a lot of sleep, due to the people sitting on the terrace nearby and the city waking up again early in the morning.
Also, parking (with a motorcycle) is quite cumbersome. I asked beforehand about public parking and got a reply that there is plenty of public parking nearby. But in reality you need to park quite far to get a decent rate.

Schönes modernes Hotel in alten Fachwerkhäusern
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Da kann man auch verwinden, wenn man weiter weg parken muss.

Ruim, fijn ontbijt, schoon

Cons:

Aan de prijs. Wandel 3-daagse ,in 3 verschillende hotels geslapen - alle 3 even goed/bioven verwachting- maar deze factor 1.5 duurder.
