Room was clean but warm. Woke up several times in the night for being too hot even after adjusting the temp to the coolest it would go; refrigerator did not properly cool even after having it looked at. Free breakfast was until 10, but when we arrived at 9:15, it was nearly gone.

Service was exceptional. New property. Love that they offer different pillow options on the bed. Very clean and comfy. I had shied away from Hamptons because of the thin walls and noise, but this was very quiet.
