The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!

As soon as we arrived and so the room that they provided, which is not the room I booked, we immediately went out in search of a different place to stay. The room they provided is ok at the most but the facilities is so dirty inclusing the bathroom, and the building itslef seems rickety and falling apart. It is even more expensive than the better accommodations we found.
We like it because it's near to the sea.
We don't like some of the staff because they won't entertain you if you have a concern with the room and common bathroom. I remember that when I reported our concern to the stadf, instead of looking in to the concern, she asked her manager regarding our concern and assumed and the manager assumed that the bathroom is clogged without even looking into it. Only one of the staff assisted us with our concern and kudos to her.
Aircon in room 1 automatically turns off even if the timer is turned off. Sliding door in room 2's lock is not functioning properly. When locked, you can slide down when pressed the keyhole to open the sliding door.
Nothing, there's nothing to like. Staff weren't accommodating.
Room smells bad, lack of supplies,. If you really want to stay there badly, bring everything, and everything means like towels,blankets room spray.in fact, I cannot recommend the rooms.expensive but not worth the price.
The only thing positive about the property is that it’s beach front but this is the worst experience and stay I had as a traveller!
First, the owner or contact person was VERY RUDE. I am asking that the staff won’t allow us to bag drop (They confirmed they are accepting bag drop as I called them before our stay) and his reply was just “SO ANONG GUSTO MONG GAWIN KO SIR!?”. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Second, the staff too are very rude! They scratch their heads during our bag drop request and showing irritation. We reported a flood on their toilet but they got annoyed and didn’t even clean it. Very disgusting place and attitude from the staff and owner!!
Third, there’s no security if you’ll stay here. The door locks are not working properly and can easily be opened. During check in, they didn’t even check our booking confirmation.
Lastly, their AC is not cooling the rooms. Their bathroom is disgusting and flooding. very unclean!!!!

The only think I like during my stay was the food. Very good Ceviche.
I had a room at the back with shared toilet which is fine because I was expecting that but I was not expecting it will be shared with all the restaurant guests. And no shower.... The worse I had to deal with was the noice, they put the music extremely loud till 1am. Ok fine this is a party place but they need to position themselves and be very clear about this to avoid people like me being that disappointed.
only one person among the staff was ready to help and serve. thank you kuya. otherwise, the others were not accomodating and welcoming.
You may want to improve customer relations as well as the place. The cost is not commensurate with the place and how they deal with customers. Too bad for me, didn’t check reviews of it and missed the common restroom and bathroom detail. There is always a room for improvement of course. Thanks anyway.
