Excellent hotel, great hotel, great location.
Pros:

Location is great. Staff is super friendly, accomodating and professional. Included breakfast add to the excellet value. The view from the room is very nice.

Room is a tad small.

Cons:

The bath, which I paid extra to have was filthy and the bathroom smelt of damp. Potentially because the taps for the bath could drain onto the floor if you weren’t careful. The rest of the room was clean, so just got the feeling it was just an oversight and a bad design for a hotel. facilities good and quite a funky decor.

Pros:

Hotel & room was clean & comfortable, hotel staff were lovely, very accommodating, breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from the 4 stations.
Loved the idea of the help yourselves to the refillable glass water bottles in reception!

Great couples get away in luxury and relaxation with beautiful views
Pros:

I loved the location and how centralised we were even, plenty of access to great bars, restaurants and shopping less than a 5 minute walk, the city views from the 22nd floor were an absolute dream to wake up to and go to sleep with. Staff interaction was amazing, the breakfast far exceeded our expectations and the valet service was efficient. I liked that the feel of the hotel was aimed at couples and lovers and really added to the relaxing vibe of the place

Pros:

Great location and breakfast included in rate was lovely with good options.

Cons:

Staff at the bar seemed disinterested but all other staff especially the greeter at ground floor were wonderful.

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel after hours but didn't have prior knowledge that I needed to have called up before gaining access into the hotel. That was a very unpleasant experience.

Highly recommend Voco for the quintessential Melbourne stay

Perfect location close to transport, cafes, hidey hole bars, restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

No driveway for taxis and no concierge on ground floor for security. Elevator floor system was frustrating and needs more explanation at check in.
