We had a wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely amazing and made such a difference to our experience - friendly, attentive and always welcoming. The location was also fantastic. We would happily stay here again

Beautiful property, extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Good room size, very clean. Comfortable bed! We got room service/breakfast one morning, the pancake stack is amazing!
The view from the room was fantastic. The bathroom was beautiful. Delicious food and service at the restaurant. Breakfast food options were better than expected. The hotel was very clean and well presented. We were given x 2 drink cards by reception staff to use at the restaurant to celebrate our 2 year anniversary.
The room didn't have a bath as expected. The pool was under reservations, so we couldn't't see the pool.
The location was good within walking distance of bars and restaurants and public transport. The breakfast was excellent although fairly pricey even for the Continental. Excellent coffee. The room was great and had a good view.
The mattress was quite lumpy and uncomfortable. There were no other real issues during my stay.

I still haven't been payed back my $100 fee even though calling and requesting it after 5 buisness days. Wouldn't stay again
The decor is lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The view and location was perfect. Really nicely appointed room. The breakfast was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone.
