To be honest , all the staff were so nice , they actually stand out more
I thought pretty small but the staff were so nice
Great location. Good bed. Cleaning condition is ok. Staied at top level so very good view. Very happy with the free water bottle service.
Water pressure is not ideal, probably because of the level. Light switches are terrible to use. Room cleaning service is not satisfactory. No rubbish taken out and some rubbishes was left when checked in. Most of the cloth hangers are brocken.

It’s central, stylish, calming comfortable and the staff are just lovely. I also love the roof top pool.

Location was great. Loved our free drink at the bar. Decor was really lovely and had a great vibe.
Some of the cups weren't clean and didn't like that you had to contact reception for extra toiletries. Valet parking was extremely expensive.
