Great location, modern, great breakfast, room very nice with great shower and comfortable bed
Pool was very small really and no sun loungers
Location was very central, pool & bar area was a little unkept but reception staff were really friendly. Lift system was a bit confusing at first

Check-in was 3pm but it was 4pm by the time they cleaned the room due to a previous late checkout

The staff were really nice and explained everything. View was good from the 24th floor food was really nice. And I really liked the shower with the electric curtain on one side of it great feature. 😊👍 great experience for a first time couple to stay in a luxury hotel

asked to be greener with not having towels/room made every day. Should then have a credit applied for future stays to make you come back to the same place rather than look at different accommodation
Sehr gute Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück
Der Roomservice fand 2x erst nach 17:00 statt und wäre ohne Reklamation vielleicht ganz ausgeblieben. Das Personal beim Frühstück schien uns nicht sonderlich motiviert.
