The position was great the amenities were excellent I would ask more questions about rooms when booking

Location was great. Hotel was well appointed.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms with 2 persons in each same price for both and one was superb and the other was very small and suitable for one person not a couple. They even only got one bedside table. Bathroom was half the size and had this weird curtain overlooking the bed.

The location was good. Buffet breakfast met expectations. Beds were comfortable.

Staff acted like everything was a hassle.

The wifi went out and it took them longer than 24 hours to reset. The TV remote only worked if you stood in one particular spot in the room and pointing it at a specific spot on the wall - so couldn't be used from the bed. I requested different batteries for the remote to see if it fixed it - it took an hour and a half and two calls to reception before they returned the remote (without replacing the batteries).

Having to request amenities as a ploy to reduce waste only increases the frustration because when I did request a vanity kit it took half an hour for it to be brought to the room.

Housekeeping was pointless - beds were not remade - they just pulled the sheets up they didn't restock tea or milk, they didn't refill lotion (which had been empty when I arrived). I called reception to ask for a plate, knife and fork. They arrived with the plate 20 minutes later. When I asked where the cutlery was they said they forgot - it took another 20 minutes before it arrived.

The room was not particularly clean, having a nice view was pointless because the windows were too dirty to see out of.

When I checked out I found out they had incorrectly attributed room service and beverage charges to the room. And I needed to explain that I was not even at the hotel that night as I was out at a concert.

Cons:

Came down with Influenza A inside the cancellation period. Had doctors certificate and PCR test results. Rather than infect other guests we chose to stay away from the hotel and forfeit our night. We had to pay the full amount and could not get even a change of date.

The location and the premium room. The bed was super comfortable.
Water refills was a bonus.

Cons:

Servicing of the room timing. Cleaning completed too late for a holiday. One day it was not done by 4pm. When you are on the go all day, by 4pm it's down time and getting ready for dinner time. A note was left to say they came at 430 but we had put privacy on because we were getting spruced up for happy hour and putting our feet up after 25000 steps.
We had to order clean towels which were delivered timely but rooms should be cleaned by 3pm. Considering the price of a night stay.
