How ever they double charged me on my check out date then tried to ding my card 8 different times ( random amounts)for a total of over 2700 dollars that was after being charged twice called Sunday it's now Thursday and still yet to resolve it even tho they admitted they over charged me and had me submit photos of my bank statements..... Considering I stay in gr almost every weekend and loved this hotel I urge no one to stay here it's soooooo scammy and the fact they are not concerned nor trying to refund me faster just makes it that much worse....

Nice place to stay for a night or multiple nights

It was good besides the front desk lady

One specific staff member from front desk lady couldn’t be bothered to help with anything I asked for 4 towels for my family for the pool another person staying went before me she gave him 8 towels and expected us to share mind you we weren’t together she was very rude the 8 towels were just for his family

Worst night in a hotel in a long time

Cons:

Hot tub was colder Sam the pool. The floors in the pool area were dirty. The hotel hallways smelled of cooked food and musty socks. The girl who checked us in, tried to charge me double stating that the payment I made online was just a fee to Booking.com her manager, then came out screaming at her. The refrigerator was not working properly. It also posted that we could borrow playing cards, but when I went down to pick up the plane cards the girl at the front desk, said there wasn’t any available, they were all out because people never returned them in the morning. I asked the general manager about it and he said oh yeah there’s lots of playing cards in the back.

Didnt give redund after getting told pool or hot tub were down for cleaning

Nothing. Didn't stay here.. online they had a pool and hot tub. Got the room, paid for it then got told they were not running.
