Very nice
Pros:

Breakfast, room size, clean.

Cons:

The person who checked me in. Rude, very short with me. The room next to us had their TV volume up so loud, when asked if someone can have them turn down staff did nothing

Great location for only being a 10-15 mins drive into down town Grand Rapids.

Cons:

Beds were on too firm for our liking

Not terrible, but not great.
Pros:

The room was set up in a unique way that made it feel both large and small all at once! Location for our plans was good.

Cons:

We had no hot water in our shower. And after spending all day outside getting sweaty and dusty we really wanted a hot hot shower. Instead it felt luke warm at best.

All in all, it was a good stay, wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

It is a very nice place to stay. The room was great. Everything is clean. It’s very nice. The facilities are also very nice

Cons:

The only issue I had at the hotel was the TV remote didn’t want to work correctly

Very pleased with location and service!
Pros:

The location is great. Close to downtown but far enough to be away from congestion. Department stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access to freeway. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite with full size fridge, small stove top, dishes, pots and pans! Would definitely use again if I needed a place for a longer stay.

Great location. Great staff. Would definitely come again.
Pros:

It was central to where we needed to be. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three adults. Overall, great interaction with some of the staff. We only stayed less than 24hrs but if another opportunity presents itself I’d stay here again.

Cons:

The only think I didn’t care to much for was that I had to be up so early to be to breakfast. I wish breakfast lasted til at least 10a so I could try and sleep in a little longer than normal.
