Clevere Zimmer mit Charme
Pros:

Wir mochten das Zimmer sehr! Es hatte Charme, war geräumig und zum Glück nur im 1. Stock. Der Check In mit dem Link zum Öffnen der Türen war auch clever.
Kaffee etc haben wir in der Lobby zwar nicht genutzt, fanden wir aber nett. Die Lage bei Haymarket war perfekt.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir einen externen Platz für unser Gepäck finden für 2h bis zum Check In, obwohl man es gut dort irgendwo hätte lagern können. Aber leider gibt es keine Rezeption etc.

Homely property in great location
Cons:

Struggled to get access as no mobile signal in basement then had to come up to find WiFi, then my phone was wrong version for app. Being sent the numerical code in advance or quick access to it would have been simpler. That said, now I understand the system would definitely return

La limpieza, nos dejaron una bolsa de basura de la visita anterior y en el lavamanos no limpiaron un escupitajo del anterior huésped. Tampoco limpiaron la habitación en los dos días que estuvimos

Overall it’s much better than some reviews (probably including mine) make it sound like.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, great to reach the airport and if you would like public transport instead it also stops in front. Also the bed is good, which is a rare find, and the room is big. The curtains are heavy and actually block most of the light. The kitchen has a nice coffee machine and a quooker

Cons:

I don’t like carpeted bedrooms. I know it’s all over GB, they’re the last ones with carpet I guess, but I really need to do my utmost best to stop thinking how gross it must be. Also the shower is ridiculously small seen the size of the room. You will hardly fit. And like all stays I had here, also this one is super noisy. You’ll hear everything and everyone and every floor board. With quiet guests you’ll be good, otherwise you’ll loose a lot of sleep

Big, clean room, not central. No staff.
Pros:

Nice big room. Clean. Good coffee machine downstairs.

Cons:

Not central location.
Not easy to access room with the app. Bit of a nightmare… Confirming the booking wasn’t easy either, especially after I had paid in advance.

Spacious and handy to public transport
Pros:

Location - train across the street; heaps of pubs and eateries nearby; possible to walk to Edinburgh Castle. Plenty of buses and teams as well.
Also lokwd the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Also liked the keyless entry.

Confort y relax en Edimburgo
Pros:

Muy buena habitación.
El alojamiento se encuentra en un edificio de estilo victoriano. En planta baja hay salones amplios con sillones, juegos de mesa, libros, televisión, radio, cafetera, té, fruta y galletas gratis. También unos muebles con toallas, papel higiénico, plancha, pilas, calentadores, entre otras cosas útiles que puedas necesitar durante la estancia. Si bien para algunas habitaciones hay que subir 2 o 3 pisos por escalera, las habitaciones están muy buenas, son muy grandes y las camas son muy cómodas.
La calle del alojamiento es tranquila y la habitación silenciosa, no oímos ruidos de otros huéspedes dentro del alojamiento.
El barrio del alojamiento está muy bien, justo enfrente de la estación Haymarket, con bares, tiendas y supermercados cerca. Está a unos 20-25 minutos caminando del casco antiguo de Edimburgo, muy buena ubicación.
Por la avenida que esta a unos metros pasa todo tipo de transporte publico, que en Edimburgo funciona todos los días las 24 hs.
El wifi funciona muy bien también.
Para entrar al alojamiento y abrir la habitación te tienes que bajar una aplicación que abre las puertas. ¡¡OJO, PREVEER TENER DATOS!!, sino no podrán entrar.

Cons:

No puedo valorar al personal porque no hay recepción ni te comunicas con ninguna persona, por suerte no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.
Lo único que no me gustó fue el baño, que no se condice con el tamaño de la habitación. Tienes el espacio justo para sentarte en el inodoro y para ducharte,.. muy pequeño.
Más allá de eso, el alojamiento un lujo.

Un peu à l’étroit dans la chambre et dans le lit mais bon séjour quand même.
Pros:

Très propre, joli et calme. Bon emplacement proche des transports en commun.
Thé et café à disposition des voyageurs.
Belles parties communes

Cons:

L’entrée dans les lieux a été très compliquée. Le site ne fonctionnait plus. Obligés d’appeler l’assistance !
Le lit était trop petit pour deux personnes

とにかく便利な立地

アプリの解除機能がとても便利 瞬間で鍵が開く 立地はこれ以上ないというぐらいで 空港バスまで徒歩1分 駅までも 徒歩
隣駅ではあるが エジンバラまでのバスは頻発しておりすぐに乗れる。部屋はシンプルだが ベッドも広く机もあり 冷蔵庫もあるので困らないしシャワーもすぐ熱いお湯が出て快適に使えるオイルヒーター もすぐ熱くなるので 使い勝手も良い

wi-fi のパスワードが長すぎて面倒くさい(-.-;)
