Great location and very good value for money. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the free coffee and tea and the lounge area was very nice and quite. We will stay again!
We liked everything, except that the shower and sink didn’t drain properly- the water seemed to get stuck.

Seamless self check in, the room was absolutely beautiful and cosy, the coffee lounge and complimentary hot drinks were really well thought of and the location is ideal.
It might get a bit cold in the rooms in lower floor but they do provide portable heaters.

The room was small but very efficiently planned out. Hotel location was excellent. Extra items like ironing boards etc were easily availalble from the common room.
I wish there was a manual lock on the inside of the door for peace of mind.

Excellent location of the apartment! We liked the coffee machine in the common area and room equipment. We had and issue with window - we were not able to open it - the host promptly arranged the fix while we were out, we really appreciate it. Overall great experience, definitely recommend!
I had an upgrade from Booking.com and therefore a large double room (room 2) which was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The communal facilities with the TV room and free to use coffee machine and teas were really nice. The location was great, right next to Haymarket station, yet pretty quiet.
The only negative was the mattress, which was very uncomfortable and I could feel every spring of the mattress and the overpowering smell of air freshener coming from the bathroom.

It was incredibly good value and very close to Haymarket and the conference centre
Room was very small but it had everything I needed. Could probably do with a lick of paint.
The single room was comfortable with a small ensuite shower and toilet. It was quiet at all times. Hot drinks were available in the coffee lounge and a comfy sofa area with reading material is also available downstairs. The Akiles app to unlock the doors worked well despite my unfamiliarity with it at first. The Haymarket train station, tram and bus stops are a short walk away.
The ensuite will be a bit compact for larger people.
Super easy check-in, the fully automated system works very well. Room was larger than expected, everything needed was there. Very well located for easy access to and from the airport, as well as the city. Quiet property, good for sleeping.
Couldn't have a coffee from the communal machine, since the waste tray was full and the machine would not work as a result. Given this was around 8am, made it a bit annoying. Eventually together with other guests we were able to solve the problem and have a coffee.
