Pros:

Very good location. for a small person like me, the room was cozy. For a bigger person would be difficult to fit in the bath/bed..

Cons:

The room smelled a bit like a wet dog, i take this is due to the carpeting..

Pros:

Limpio. Casa bonita. Sin ruidos. Cerca de la estación.

Cons:

No hay personal. Tengo que instalar app en mi móvil. No hay ascensor. Cama doble un poco pequeña y dura.

Excellent accommodation and location
Pros:

We had a spacious room, though the en-suite shower was very snug, bright and airy with original ornamental plaster cornice etc. All was clean and comfortable and it was excellent value for money, though I think we got it at a special discounted rate. Also it is located just a few yards from Haymarket railway station and the tram stop.

Cons:

If you want a smiling face to greet you this is the wrong place as there is no reception. Instead you must download an app to your phone, and register an account etc which I found difficult when travelling, so do that before leaving home, but once downloaded all was good and worked well to give access to hotel and the room.

Pros:

Appartamento grande e pulito , istruzioni per il self cek in ottime e semplici , zona comune arredata in modo accogliente e molto pulita , caffè ,te,cioccolata e biscotti sempre presenti.
Bagno comodo e pulito.
Fermata del tram a 2 passi e zona con pub e ristoranti ...
Davvero ottima scelta , consigliato.

Pros:

Les parties communes (salle à manger et salon au RDC, agréables et spacieux, joliment décorés).

Cons:

La chambre minuscule (= chambre 27) ... c'est scandaleux de louer aussi cher une chambre si petite.
Dans un hôtel qui est en périphérie du centre historique (= 30 mn à pied de Grassmarket) !

Prima locatie en handige check-in en uit methode.
Pros:

Locatie is perfect en de keuken met luxe koffie apparaat en het mandje met fruit heel fijn. De douche is schoon en prima en het bed was erg comfortabel.

Cons:

In de 6 dagen dat ik er ben geweest had af en toe het afval uit de kamer halen en een keer schone handdoeken wel fijn geweest.

Era confortable amplio y limpio un detalle que hubiera café y el último día nos dejaron fruta fácil llegar y muy bien comunicado ,si volvemos repetiremos seguro

Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Bus, Straßenbahn und Zug direkt gegenüber. Damit in weniger als 10 min. in der Stadtmitte. Großes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Kaffeemaschine jederzeit nutzbar. Bei Frage sehr schnelle Antwort online.
