Fantastic place for an overnighter in the city.
Pros:

Location, the shower and friendly staff

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was luke warm at best but that may have just been bad timing on our part.

Quincy will be our first choice next Melbourne visit.
Pros:

Location excellent, extremely clean and comfortable rooms, room not big but set out in such a way that everything is convenient. Access to trams, restaurants and shopping excellent. Online check in and check out is a breeze. We arrived early and were happy our room was ready for us. Will stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee was not the best, it was complimentary from machine, would rather pay and have a made coffee, a minor gripe.

Pros:

Posizione e gentilezza dello staff. La camera che ci era stata assegnata si trovava ad un piano basso e davanti ad un club notturno. Dopo una notte difficile a causa dei rumori, lo staff ci ha gentilmente offerto di cambiare camera assegnandoci una suite ad un piano alto.

Cons:

Purtroppo le camere ai piani bassi che affacciano sul 7eleven possono essere disturbate dai rumori notturni del club (situato accanto al 7eleven).

Nice hotel but pool and bar both closed
Pros:

Disappointed the main two reasons I booked this hotel over others were not open and I was not offered a refund or discount. Could have saved up to $50 staying at a similar hotel without a pool and bar. Mattress was also uncomfortable.

Was decent enough. didn't exceed my expectations but did the job.
Pros:

Coffee Machine in the room was an added bonus and the showers were nice.

Cons:

The room wasn't overly clean when we arrived. The last tenants underpants were still on the floor as well as several Panadol pills.
