Pros:

Bien situé avec vue sur la rivière et en limite du district central, lequel est facilement accessible à pied ou en tramway (gratuit dans cette zone).
Calme, moderne et bien entretenu.
Chambres dans les étages hauts avec vue dégagée... Je me serai bien passé du beau poteau en facade dans la mienne.

Cons:

- La piscine au 28 eme étage pourrait être un remarquable "plus". Malheureusement toute petite, sans dégagement et sans vue sur la ville lorsque l'on se baigne.
- La petit-déjeuner: buffet très réduit et toujours le même d'un jour sur l'autre. Lassant!
- Attention au gaspillage d’électricité: pas de coupe-circuit avec le passe d'accès à la chambre + pour le personnel, inutile de laisser les lumières allumées après le ménage.

A convenient and comfortable stay close to many attractions & easy access to Southern Cross station.
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel. Great location a short walk to the Yarra River, Sea Life Aquarium, Crown Casino, etc. Great location for those travelling on the train to Southern Cross Station. Lovely high level bar with outdoor seating. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs to check the handwash/shampoo pumps - two in our room were empty. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks in the images and the buffet breakfast was nice but basic and re-stocking was slow. Our breakfast was included in the rate, but if I was paying extra for it, I would have been a bit annoyed.

Convenience, all services amenities were fantastic.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't as clean as usual (this is my third stay). Bathroom sink had ring of soap scum, floors and surfaces were dusty, pool felt a bit gross.

The breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had in my life! Absolutely appalling.
The carpark was way to expensive.

Conveniently located in cbd, close to train station but away from noise
Pros:

Great location and very clean. Smells nice too, easy to reach within cbd and very close to southern cross station.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The room I was put in the first night had a terrible smell, but on the second day when I asked to be moved they helped instantly. That was much appreciated and I should have requested it as soon as I arrived!
Breakfast is great, close proximity to anything in CBD and around Melbourne, good connections with transport.

Cons:

That heavy smell in the first room. That should not have happened. While I am super thankful for their prompt and kind help, one suggestion is air the rooms in time for new guests...
