Perfect for a lovely catchup with a beautiful friend
Pros:

Breakfast and coffee were lovely and so was the view from the pool. Comfy bed and great bathroom! Very handy location near train station and parking.

Cons:

Room layout on top floor was a little unusual. Very long and narrow setup. But the view was worth it!

good nice hotel. If you dont like the noise from clubs though, ask to be put in the back of the hote
Pros:

Rooms were nice and the joining rooms for kids were great. Great view from 18th floor.

Cons:

On a weekend there is clubs and hotel down on the street and the noise carries straight up into the rooms. Kids could not sleep and Adults found it hard as well. This spiolt the experience of the location and room. Room service food was not nice at all and cold by the time it was delivered.

Not a good hotel to stay at!

Unfortunately, our experience at Quincy Hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and customer service.

We requested a refill of lotion, and while we appreciated that they provided a bottle instead, the bottle itself was extremely dusty and dirty. We actually had to wash it ourselves before using it, which was quite unpleasant.

Another issue was the room temperature. Since the hotel uses centralised air conditioning and does not provide portable heaters, we requested an extra blanket because the room was too cold. However, the blanket given to us had a very bad smell, making it unusable.

What made the experience worse was the response from the staff. We raised these concerns with the Manager on Duty, but there was little sense of accountability or urgency. We were simply told that the issues would be “logged,” with no real apology or effort to resolve the situation properly.

Overall, the service lacked care and attention to guest comfort, which was very disappointing.

absolutely perfect accommodation for a short day weekend
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect for a night out at the forum. we literally walked there and back so no need for an Uber.

Cons:

The room was very nice. The bathroom was simply stunning. We also took advantage of the swimming pool.

The bed was super comfortable, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Peaceful close to train station and footy stadium amd casino central to Melbourne
