Pros:

Overall, an enjoyable and hip hotel with a unique vibe. I loved being on a high level with an excellent view- although the configuration of the room was a little odd, as I would've prioritised the river view.

Cons:

I didn't like the flooring- instead of carpet, it was a dated and scuffed false wood floor. Not at all cosy or inviting.

Cons:

During the night and early morning there was a high-pitched nose coming from the smoke detector which kept us awake.

Definitely stay here!
Pros:

Really central to the King Street area - good by day, more challenging by night. But this is a super clean and funky set-up and, although compact, the facilities, atmosphere, administration were all first rate.

Cons:

Minor issue having the parking across the road, but that's being picky. The fact you can pay at the hotel reception and simply input a second parking ticket into the exit gate, makes it all very easy. Given the Quincy experience, we would be more than happy to "endure" the parking situation again.

Good location with clean small room accommodation.
Pros:

Location. Staff, view all good. Good water pressure in shower. Clean

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working and after advising reception moved to another room. Beds are ok but pillows need replacing. Very small room with no hanging space in very small bathroom.
