Bad experience
Pros:

Most of the staff were kind and it was walking distance to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The staff member attempted to charge me for early check in for $40. I advised that I requested early check in and was not notified of any charges as I paid in full before arrival. The staff then pushed the point, I reminded him of the law. He agreed not to charge then booked me into a room on the lowest floor with no view, that was near an ally way with lots of noise, room was not clean and no towels were there. I was too scared to bring up the conversation so I just dealt with the horrid experience. In addition he said he would not help me with my luggage and I had travelled for hours to get there and I then had to use the big trolly and navigate between all the ppl steering this trolly ended up hurting my back.

Mostly great, apart from the noise
Pros:

Location in the CBD, great for walking to almost anywhere.

Cons:

Very noisy. Asked for a quiet room, ended up with possibly the worst nights sleep in a hotel ever due to the nightclub that sounds like it’s in the room on the 6th floor. Avoid, go high and earplugs might have a chance.

Cons:

Check in was meant to be at 3 went at 3:30 advised was not able to check in and was told to wait, waited till later and then got upgraded, However when booked requested 2 single beds was advised that the new room would be 2 beds, got into room, was only one bed, called reception and they advised that house keeping would be up shortly to fix. Got back to the room 11:30ish and still just one bed, called reception no answer, went down to reception and they advised house keeping would be up and house keeping was up just after midnight
