Room was spacious, clean and neatly. The shampoo, conditioner and soap was perfect. Towels are all very nice and soft.
Big beg was just 2 small twin size put together so it was not so much comfortable, no already available dental kit and have to ask for it, no indoor slippers. TV was not very have a lot of options
Easy walk if coming from southern cross - dropped bags to our lovely room and went straight to the rooftop for happy hour - lovely decor and service
It is central to free public transport and has some good food and alcohol venues around it. The hotel itself is really funky and cool.
The aircon was pretty bad, told it would take a long time to cool down when I messaged them to let them know it wasn’t working, they said they would follow it up and despite this is did not get cooler for the 3 days we were there. Also pretty disappointing that the cost we were charged for parking was $45 MORE than it would have cost us to pay through the parking garage, again messaged them to follow this up and received no response. We would probably be back because it is pretty good value for money, but will go in with lower expectations.
Amenities were great and room was so clean and well set up. Definitely an elevated boutique hotel and a great find. Great 24 hour service and very accommodating of needs and questions. The gym had an amazing view and great facilities including treadmills, elliptical, weights, bench, mats, towels and filtered water
Location was not well lit at night. It would benefit from a sauna (especially in the winter)

Location
- moved rooms 3 times in 2 days due to horrible drain smell
- eventually ended up in a room with 2 single beds as a couple
- hotel appears to not have any true king/queen beds , seems every room is two single beds zipped together
- room not cleaned properly (lots of dust) and wasn’t even lightly serviced during stay (despite housekeeping knocking on the door to find a time for servicing)
- rubbish left in hallways outside rooms (e.g room service) for up to a day
- no offer to compensate from staff
- rooms have very poor ventilation and get stale quick (no window opening and aircon controlled centrally), had musty/stuffy smell
Bed was large and very comfy. Loved the shower and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Great location - in close walking distance of many restaurants in Melbourne CBD.
The air con / heating in the room was challenging to get working. It was hard to tell whether it was off or on and whether it was hot or cold. It was very cold on the first night. Perhaps a card with a quick explainer would be helpful?
Everything! Great location, super comfy bed, movies on demand, extremely quiet, Nespresso coffee machine, quality bathroom products, super attentive staff, great rooftop bar and happy hour prices, fabulous value for money.
Not a major issue but you are sometimes waiting a bit for an elevator.
