The staff are so lovely and helpful.
The facilities are great. The pool is stunning with the view and is heated. Be sure to check it out.
Vacuum the floors more often
Nice location bottom end of city. Short walk to Spencer st station. 15min walk to Flinders st station.
Rainbird shower was great.
Room was not overly big but for the price we would stay again or even upgrade.
Property is central to most things in Melbourne either by walking or tram. Staff were friendly
The aircon in my room didn’t work, on several occasions I had messaged staff to reset the aircon with no success. It was liveable for winter but with no windows or working aircon summer may be an uncomfortable stay.
