Overall great location, clean and nice feeling.
Pros:

Clean and nice decor. Feels premium. Comfortable bed and pillows. We loved ‘the club’ and happy hour there. Free soft drinks and pod coffee in a nice room you can work in 25/7.

Cons:

Could hear music from clubs and the air con caused a clicking noise when the heating was turned on. Also they try and upsell you $20 a night for a nicer room and they do it to everyone. Feels a bit cheeky.

A good place to stay in the heart of the city, if you were just passing through for the night.
Pros:

The room was clean and really nice, bed was super comfortable. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. The hotel is really beautiful and luxe inside. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes, easy walk to the city shops too.

Cons:

We got the king room with city view. It was not a city view it was the view of other buildings walls couldn’t see the city view at all. It was disappointing because the drapes had to be shut because you could see inside the windows of which looked to be offices.
That was misleading. Buffet breakfast was underwhelming.
