The buffet breakfast, the nice bathroom, the bed.
Staff didn't seem to care or smile, did not feel welcome. Very average service compared to other hotels.

Cotton throw on the bed had so many pulled threads it should have been replaced. The tv remote was dead. There were no Nespresso pods. Shower tile grout is getting pretty mouldy and needs a good clean. The concierge was no backed up in the middle of the day - waited 15-20 mins for someone to show up.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired
The housekeeping staff and breakfast service staff were responsive and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well-cooked. The room, bathroom and fittings were excellent.
It would have been nice to have a big ceiling light for reading comfortably in the room.
