While IGA properties are typically clean and well managed, I’d avoid this one.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Tv didn’t work and property management made no effort to fix, relocate us, or simply swap with a working tv. Room was dirty, dusty and had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

I would give zeroes if possible. On night of checking in went to our room and after settling in found that not one but both our queen beds had urine on them from a previous guest with one spot still wet! Went to service counter only person available to help me was a very nice gentleman who said he couldn’t do nothing they were sold out. He then mentioned he had a room one available but didn’t account for my party size. Manager proceeded to tell me I was out of luck nothing he could do leaving me and my family a choice of sleeping on urinated mattresses or scramble to find another hotel at 11pm. He then suggested to swap mattresses from the one available room into mine but asked if I could help with the labor as he was the only one there literally and I walked around to verify this he was legit the only one there……also not to mention the sofa bed had no bedding and the room didn’t have the small essentials like tissue again not to mention the shower still had previous persons hair. DO NOT BOTHER HERE!

It was nice, Comfterable, and the breakfast was great!
Pros:

Cons:

There was food left in my refrigerator in my room when I checked in.
Also, when I tried to call the front desk from my room nobody answered. It just rang and rang over 12 times and no answer.

Nice hotel but needs some upgrades
Pros:

I liked the meeting area with multiple tables and chairs to sit on. It was clean overall and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like that we only had 2 towels in the bathroom and there were 4 people in our group. We asked for extra and there were no more including no pool towels. The pool was very cold and it was a small pool as well. Breakfast was ok, but they didn't have enough hot foot ready and I wish the breakfast started at 6am and not 6:30.
