Pros:

Equipe muito prestativa, nos auxiliaram diversas vezes. Nosso muito obrigada!
Instalação grande e ampla. Acomodou bem 3 pessoas. Lembrando que são somente 2 camas e demais são futom

Cons:

Ao chegar, um pouco de odor de mofo talvez pelo tempo que o quarto poderia estar fechado, mas que melhorou com a ventilação.

Japanisch eingerichtetes Studio-Apartment an toller aber ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Sehr tolle Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr sind bekannte Orte sowie Downtown (Kyoto Kawaramachi) sehr gut erreichbar. Zu Fuss sind z.B. der Heianschrein, die Kyoto Kunstmuseen / Arts and Craftsmuseum und viele kleine Tempel zu erkunden.
Toll eingerichtete Zimmer im japanischen Stil. Ideal als Apartment für Familien. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine. Man konnte sogar Mangas ausleihen - jedoch nur auf japanisch. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Aussicht war leider nicht vorhanden. Man sah lediglich an die gegenüberliegenden Hauswand.

東山の文化施設訪問や散策に最適なホテル
Pros:

広い部屋で、ゆったり！

2階の部屋で宿泊しました。ランドリーや電子レンジ、氷や水のサーバーがある1階に、何回かエレベーターで往復しましたが、3階までのホテルのため、すごく早く、ほとんどエレベーターでほかのお客さんにも会わず、とても快適でした。

1階に漫画が揃ってました。すべて読むのは無理ですが、
前から見たかった漫画の最初の方を読め、自分に合うか合わないかがわかりました。
日本語がほとんどでしたが、ハイキューはたしか英語だったと思います。
ドラゴンボールがなかったのが残念ですが、レンタルなようなので、入れ替わりがあるかもしれません。

Cons:

テレビがBS対応でないようです。
宿泊中に、どうしても見たい番組があれば、自宅で録画して来られることをおすすめします。
でもスタッフが部屋にテレビを見にきてくれて、BSを見られるように色々と試してくれたのは、好感が持てました。

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, la chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Le centre n’est pas très loin à pied, et il y a beaucoup d’arrêts de transports ainsi que de restaurants dans les environs. Le personnel est très agréable et il y a des machines à laver (payantes) en libre service.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il faille payer pour avoir un ménage quotidien est dérangeant mais pour les séjours de plus de 5 jours, un ménage est prévu à des dates prédéfinies.

Pros:

部屋は広くて清潔感があった

Cons:

ロビーの共有トイレの扉の建て付けが悪く、押しても引いても開かず焦った。すごく奮闘してなんとか開いた。

出発日にカバンを預けて、戻ると伝えた時間に戻ったがフロントに誰もおらず、連絡先の表示もないのでホテルの電話にかけたがフロントの奥の電話が鳴っていて誰も出ない。30分ほど待ってやっと人が戻ってきて荷物を受け取れた。

Pros:

The staff were lovely, and the location was excellent. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, and our room, which was on the first floor, had a noticeable smell. We chose not to let this affect our stay too much, as the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, the convenient location and friendly service made for a positive experience, and I would still recommend staying here.
