Pros:

スイートルーム宿泊しましたが大変広い玄関に室内もすごく広く快適すぎるほどでした。
ベッドはふかふかソファも座り心地が良く、動線に困らない部屋作りで観光するよりも部屋に引き篭もりたくなるぐらいでした。
1階には漫画もたくさん置いてあるので時間ができた時には漫画を読めるのもいいなあと思いました。

Cons:

トイレの便座と便器の形が合っていないのか座るとズレて沈むのでちょうどいい位置に合わせてから座らないと不便でした。
また、スイートルームとはいったもののお風呂やドライヤーに特別感がなかったかなと。アメニティや浴槽、便器までも他の部屋よりランクが高いとさらに特別感が増して良かったのではないかなぁと思いました。
それでも部屋が大変広いのでスイートルーム感はありましたが特別な日でしたのでもう少し目に見えて実感できる箇所でスイートルームらしさを出して欲しかったです。

Incredible value for Kyoto
Pros:

Loved the location and the space for a family of 4! In lovely residential neighborhood but easy walk to museums, Gion and the market and convenient bus/subway to further sites. Wonderful place to decompress after a full day of sightseeing

Modern quiet and exceptionally clean room with friendly staff
Pros:

The location was good close to plenty of restaurants, shops and transport. The room itself was very nice, clean and modern with a very spacious shower and separate toilet, wonderful.
And also it was the first and only room in our 5 weeks in Japan to provide a coffee machine in the room - thank you.

Pros:

Cet hôtel est une très bonne adresse, bien situé avec une ambiance traditionnelle soignée, des chambres très propres et un service particulièrement réactif et professionnel, puisque malgré un souci dans la salle de bain, le personnel a immédiatement proposé un changement de chambre, ce qui en fait un établissement que je recommande vivement.

Wonderful staff that are very attentive and kind, it’s very clean and well looked after hotel.
Pros:

Loved how clean and friendly/helpful all the staff were during our stay. This was my second time staying at the Rinn is enjoy both stays but perhaps next time i will stay somewhere closer to the river

Cons:

The beds are very hard and not very uncomfortable. And the bath towels are very small
