Amazing stay
Pros:

Very nice and modern hotel. Super clean and the room was a good size. Loved the slippers, bathrobes and coffee amenities. I liked that it was by the main street but you turned into a small street nearby and you were in great local and tranquil vibes. Not that far from the metro and nice shopping street. Also a nice temple nearby.

Cons:

The lobby is a bit small and there is no bar or breakfast room. Our room did not have a view, it faced trees and you could not see anything due to windows being frosted with a film.

extremely disappointing
Pros:

The travelers were not given a deluxe room which was what was booked. The room was dirty. No breakfast was available despite the listing which said it was. A very disappointing experience

Overpriced depressing room not 4 star experience with great staff
Pros:

The staff was professional, kind and helpful with a bag and package that arrived ahead of us. They suggested a tasty restaurant with the specific type of food we wanted

Cons:

The room was on level 1 it was like a basement with no ability to have daylight. It was an ADA room which we did not request or need. I feel we were charged a higher rate for that room than a regular room that we had booked.
If we were staying more nights we would have refused the room Sad way to end our amazing trip in Japan

都心で広々と贅沢な空間を楽しめました
Pros:

部屋が広い。こんなに広いとは思わなかった。外食せずに、オードブルを買ってきて部屋でパーティーすれば良かったと後悔した程に快適な広さでした。

Overall, great great value for the price!
Pros:

Great location! Very spacious. Beds were comfy. Staff was the nicest :)

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very nice apartment-style accommondation near Yayoi Kusama museum and good restaurants. Room is very spacious and clean and A/C kept us cool even in August.

For breakfest we did a 10 min walk to The Bagel By Ciao for excellent savoury donuts, LOVED the spicy salmon roe but be early, best ones sell out quickly. Also good coffee.

駅から割と近かった。

Cons:

部屋に電話がない。
夜中に地震があったので、対応などが不安だった。
タオルの交換が伝え方がわかりにくく、かえてほしかったのに、できなかった。
