Best Thai experience
Pros:

I came over weekend as am staying in other hotel and the reception team Mr.Marwan was so professional and friendly he show us around and gave us best option ever the Thai restaurant food was amazing . I promised Mr. Marwan next time will stay with you as such welcoming vibe from valet service fast and friendly to concierge and security team at main door smiling and welcoming . The food , I would say amazing experience and if we will come just because of the friendly team and service . I highly recommend this place .

Great experience staying at Banyan Tree Residences. Services are upto the mark. Houskeeping team works tirlessly, great team , Thanks to Mahfuz and Elisha, they take care of apartment houskeeping, everything is maintained so well. Kudis to the team.

Extended Stay at Banyan Tree
Pros:

My stay at Banyan Tree has been exceptional. The staff have been very helpful and have been essential to my stay here.

Lakshmi with the cleaning staff has been a key part of my exceptional stay. My room is always clean to perfection and she has been able to anticipate my needs even before I ask. Anything I need, she takes care of it right away.

Adel in the Jardin restaurant seems to know what I want before I even ask. He is always smiling and so very friendly. It is a pleasure to see him every morning for breakfast.

Memorable Stay with Excellent Service and City Views
Pros:

We had an almost week-long stay at Banyan Tree Doha, which is in an easily accessible location with great views of the city from the rooms. The rooms were clean, the laundry service was good, and the food and water were hygienic.

The staff were very respectful and easily reachable throughout, from security and valet parking to reception, housekeeping, room service, Jardin, and Vertigo. All the staff were friendly and courteous.

I would love to come back again if time permits. Thanks to Banyan Tree Doha and all the staff for your great service.
