Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
Pros:

I visited Jardin at Banyan Tree after seeing an advertisement for their brunch, expecting to enjoy a relaxing morning with breakfast, coffee, and some work on my laptop.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

After being seated, I waited for more than 10 minutes before the restaurant manager came over. Instead of welcoming me, offering a menu, or explaining the available options, I was simply told that breakfast had finished and that I would have to wait another hour for lunch to begin.

What surprised me wasn't that breakfast had ended, but the way the situation was handled. At no point was I offered the à la carte menu or asked if I would like to order something light while waiting. I would have happily ordered a salad and a coffee and stayed to work until lunch service started.

Instead, I was left feeling as though I was being asked to leave.

Customer service is about creating solutions, not closing doors. A simple menu and a welcoming explanation could have completely changed this experience.

Sadly, I chose to leave immediately and, based on this experience, I won't be returning or recommending the restaurant to others. I believe the management should invest more in training the team on hospitality and guest experience, because it's often the service—not the food—that guests remember most.

The person who cleaned my room daily, named Sahan, is a very respectful and kind man, and his work is excellent. I enjoyed the service so much that I extended my stay at this hotel by three extra days❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ All the staff at this hotel are friendly❤️!!

Awash experience at Banyan tree stay
Pros:

We had a family stay for our kid birthday. Our stay was so pleasant and comfortable. Kids enjoyed . Breakfast was so yummy. We got a complimentary cake as well. ♥️
