Awash experience at Banyan tree stay
Pros:

We had a family stay for our kid birthday. Our stay was so pleasant and comfortable. Kids enjoyed . Breakfast was so yummy. We got a complimentary cake as well. ♥️

فندق عائلي بامتياز فخم واثاث راقي ، يضم الفندق البرج ومباني محيطه للشقق الفندقيه التابع له ملاصق به مجمع تجاري واكبر مدينة العاب مغلقه كويست

حجزت شقه غرفتين و3 حمامات وصاله كبيره مطله على الحديقه الداخليه الجميله للفندق ، طلبت ترقيه الى 3 غرف وتمت بالفعل ولكنها مطله على المدينه رفضت وطلبت اعادة شقتي القديمه لكنهم يشكرون وتم الترقيه الى شقه 4 غرف واطلاله على الحديقه . فن التعامل الراقي بالخدمه وامتصاص انزعاج النزلاء وإرضائهم يحسب لهم صراحة ويشكرون عليه

شكرا لجميع الموظفين والمدراء بدون استثناء فعلا جعلتم اقامتنا جميله ولرحلتنا العائليه ذكرى سعيده لاتنسى .

فقط صوت مسجل اصوات العصافير في الحديقه الداخليه عالي ويزعجنا صباحا اثناء النوم ، لو يخفضون الصوت او يلغونه افضل لراحة النزلاء .

فخم و لكن هناك سلبيات

الفخامة و النظافة و الخدمات مثل الألعاب و المول المختصر

سكنت في الشقق الفاخرة فخمه جدا و المكان رائع (( و لكن هناك بعض التصرفات الغير جيدة للأسف))
1. قاموا بإرسالي و عائلتي الى الشقة الساعة 4.45 عصرا و وجدت العمال ما زالوا ينظفون و يطلبون الانتظار عند الباب 10 دقائق!! موجود فيديو و خليت الاستقبال يشاهدونه

2. حجزت دبلكس طابقين و بسعر مرتفع و لكنهم اعطوني سكن غير اللي حجزته اعطوني شقة 3 غرف طابق واحد و حجم أصغر و اقل فخامة و في الطابق الارضي و بلكونه صغيرة مطله على الحديقه جميع الماره يشاهدونك و كاشف للعائلة (( و لما سويت مشكلة للي حصل نقلوني للشقة الدبلكس و كأنهم عاملين لي خدمة من اجل ارضائي ولكن الحقيقة هذا هو حجزي و المفترض اسكن فيه من البداية)) و لما قلت للموظف مروان هذا حجزي اصلا ليه ما سكنتوني فيه من البداية ؟؟ ليش سكنتوني في شقة أصغر و طابق ارضي؟ الرد كان (( إن البعض يفضل الشقة الدور الواحد )) عذر أقبح من ذنب و لا فيه اي احترام للنزيل

3. حط في بالك لازم تتوه قبل توصل للي تبغاه لازم تدوخ فيه مسبح داخلي في الطابق العلوي ودينا الأطفال للسباحة لما وصلنا قال العامل لسن 16 و اكثر رحنا الاستبقال في مبنى اخر و قالوا لا من حقكم تدخلون و راح الموظف معنا للمسبح و رفض العامل (( تكره نفسك من كثر التوهان و الروحه و الجية )) و مثل هالامور تتكرر

هذا اللي حصل بكل صدق و الهدف معالجة الأخطاء و ارجع اقول اذا الفندق عالج مثل هذي الأمور راح اسكن فيه مره اخرى و اقيمه المره القادمة 10/10

Pros:

Very comfortable, spacious, clean and modern rooms. Excellent service from all staff throughout hotel, especially Andrew in lobby; Laxmi, Tanvir, Rayhan from housekeeping; and the breakfast staff at Jardin. Convenient location, easy to get around Doha. Would happily stay again at Banyan Tree Hotel.

Cons:

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my check-in experience.
Upon arrival and check-in at around 2:30 PM, I was informed that I would be upgraded to a suite, which I greatly appreciated. I was also told that the suite would be ready within approximately 45 minutes. Since the room was not yet available, I spent the afternoon at the pool while waiting.

However, when I called around 3:30 PM, I was told that the room was still not ready. I continued to follow up at 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and even 6:00 PM, yet each time I was informed that the room was still unavailable.

In the end, I only received my room keys at around 7:00 PM.

While
I appreciate the complimentary upgrade, I was very disappointed by the excessive delay and the lack of accurate communication regarding the room readiness. Waiting more than four hours after check-in significantly impacted my first day at the resort.
