Exactly what we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable. Excellent Value.
Pros:

Loved the room. Better than even some big chain hotels that I’ve stayed at. Curb appeal was just ok. Really enjoyed the contact by text from the manager on room readiness and check in and check out.

This place is unbelievably beautiful!
Pros:

The room was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in room 103 , so if you're looking for a little more room, call them and ask them for more room . Our room was small but we didn't need much as it was only a few hours sleep that we were getting . The outside was so well kept and the people that were there were very friendly. I didn't get to meet any of the staff. They sent me my room number and the code to get in along with check out time. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again! Whoever the new owner and management is, made huge steps to improve this place. I remember it from a couple of years ago and it was an absolute s******* before! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be booking again soon as we have family in the area and visit quite often. Unfortunately did not have time to take pictures of the room. But the ones that they have posted on their site are exactly the way they look. There was no exaggeration at all!

It worked for the occasion
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering.
The location was a little further than we liked but it was our best option for the occasion.

Cons:

The room was damp and musty. The carpet felt wet.
Floors /carpet would leave your feet and socks black.
The room could use an iron.

Cons:

Three-star pricing for a one-star experience. No blackout shades and a security light just outside make for a sleepless combination. The room’s only seating was a folding metal chair. No staff on site, either.

We were all very happy with our stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and nicely organized. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet.
