Stayed here during off season (May) great price, great location! Absolutely love the balcony. Hallway is tight, elevator

The location is great. The rooms a good value for money

Cons:

The door is shower does leak around edge, I think door should be on other side of striping and rge hit abd cold knots reversed in shower but other than that, nice very clean room abd nicely decorated. The outdoor balcony very roomy and nicely furnished

Love the location. Staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way necessary. Room is clean and stocked well. Always a pleasure staying here.

Would like some pet friendly rooms. Would stay longer if we could bring our dogs.

Pros:

The location was very close to the beach, a block walk. Beautiful room. Very clean! We did have one issue, being off season the AC was not on, but it was 80F out that day. We had the AC turned on next day. We did have to get a fan for the first night, but everything else was great.

We love staying at 1100 but didn’t book for 1040 so we across the street guessing the brother company we were never told 1100 was shut down for something.

anyways 1040 ocean manor No privacy no private baloney can definitely hear through walls, kids a lot of them, and can hear people walking past your window.
