Too much for what it offered
Cons:

Staff was not too friendly , breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were so watery and bacon was so thin it had no flavor I don’t believe it was actually bacon. My room was not cleaned once the entire stay one afternoon o had the do not disturb but the other 2 days it was not touched.

Staff and location were great, everything else was just okay
Pros:

The staff was kind and the location was great, breakfast was well stocked also!

Cons:

Our bathtub didn’t drain, there was no vent in the bathroom, and our room was very hot, the ac wouldn’t go below 72-74. The beds, especially the pullout couch, were not comfortable. There was a chewed up lollipop under the couch as well

Comfortable stay. Had everything we needed

It was clean, comfortable beds. Overall had everything we needed

Cons:

The flavored water in the lobby. I would keep it to.just lemon flavored

Way beyond expectations
Pros:

The price was extremely economical, especially compared to how new-seeming (clean, tidy, fresh) the hotel was. The staff was super friendly. Candidly, given the location off a major highway or interstate, I expected the hotel to be a bit worn or banged up. Not so!!

Cons:

Zero complaints or requests for improvements. Truly thrilled.

Fantastic stay in a feels like new hotel

The location was great and pretty close to Grand Rapids. It honestly felt like a brand new hotel, so everything was in fantastic condition.
