The staff was so welcoming and the room was clean and taken care of
Pros:

The room was clean and at a great temperature. The staff was exceptional. I will never stay anywhere else! The price was great for the quality of care they put into making us feel at home.

I have nothing bad to say!

Unacceptable for any price
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, location good, room seemed clean but.... see below

Cons:

Price was rigged, credit card was used illegally, there was no one at the desk when leaving, air quality was bad heating & cooling system filter dirty, couldn't breathe the ability to turn the fan-blower off was DISABLED, toilet seat was broken loose, the phone number to the hotel directly 1 616 249 3000 does not work, the fridge was making clicking sound all night and it kept us awake. Since I couldn't contact anyone by the desk or phone. I sent you e-mail but that also was not responded to date.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as comparison from the last time I was there it made their breakfast a lot better much improved rules are clean the staff was nice parking at times is little rough but I would recommend this hotel highly
