Reception opening hours during summer:
- Every day from 09:00 to 12:30 and 17:00 to 20:00 except check-in and check-out days
- Check-in and check-out days: 07:00 to 20:00

Reception opening hours during winter:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:30 and 17:00 and 20:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 to 22:00

Please note these times may be subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival.

For stays of 1 week, keys are available from 17:00 and must be returned at 10:00.

In the main building, the elevator does not serve the fifth floor of the residence and some of apartments located in the 1st floor. In case of a specific request for a flat allocation, please contact the reception

Pros:

Super emplacement et la résidence très sympa avec parking juste à côté très pratique et la piscine à disposition pour se détendre après une bonne journée de ski
Le domaine skiable et très varié et magnifique

Pros:

Piscina, servizi accessori (deposito sci, negozi interni, ristorante, presenza garage, carrelli per bagagli, trasporti per il centro), vicinanza alle piste, cucina ben accessoriata.

Belle semaine au ski mais éviter le restaurant de l’établissement.
Pros:

Proche des pistes, réceptionniste aimable, bon établissement et belle piscine.
Accessibilité au centre à pied en 30-40 minutes.

Cons:

Le restaurant gros bémol, personnel peu aimable, le service vraiment pas terrible, accepte des tables à 20h30 mais aucun réassort du buffet (les plats retirés vers 20h50). Personnel mécontent qu’on soit encore en salle vers 21h15-20. Repas très cher pour ce qu’on avait dans les assiettes !

Great location for ski and amazing pool view
Pros:

The pool has an amazing view over Megeve. The location is very good, ski slope is 5 minutes walking and there is also a shop there.
You can buy bread and pastries from the bar in the morning so I really apreciated that.

There is a free ski bus that can take you to the centre of Megeve , or there is a path and you can walk but it takes about 20 min to get to town. Coming back i'd suggest taking the bus because its quite steep. The last bus its at 7pm from Megeve, but you can take an Uber but its quite expensive about 20 euros.

Staf is very very nice!

Cons:

Pizza..its cheap frozen pizza! Buy from restaurant across the street.
Also there is mold behind the single beds and the pillows and sheets are quite old.
