Decent stay but could've been better.

The room was clean

Cons:

The heat didn't work. So we changed rooms and the heat barley put out I'm the 2nd room...the refrigerator didn't work and the telephone didn't either. The lady at the front desk said that she was the only one on staff (on April 8, 2026)...

Pros:

It was not as clean as I remembered a year ago and there were homeless people camped in the surrounding grounds. The 6:30 breakfast was not out until 7.

Cons:

I don't think it was up to Marriott standards. The sheets were worn and thin.

Pros:

The facilities were excellent. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was great, thanks to the young man working the dining room.

Cons:

Any issues were outside of Fairfield Inn's control which were: surrounding restaurants horrible customer service (which is happening all over the country) and a homeless encampment about 200 ft from the property.

My room 123 was next door to the room where breakfast was being prepared. They woke me up early banging stuff around.

Good Stay
Pros:

Location, room clean

Cons:

Issue with noise, but moved.

Also, you need to get a TV remote from the front desk because they are frequently stolen.
