Location, nothing else.
Breakfast was a joke! Guy setting up was too busy staring at his phone. Guests had to get into cabinets for essentials.
For the price, should have went to Home2Home.

The front desk staff was great. Both men I believe Tim was one and the other was helping from a different location but both was very friendly and welcoming.

the pool was nice.
the location, there was homeless people and a homeless camp upon entering the parking lot. the room was not clean, bathroom was dirty and the sheets, and pillow cases had stains on them and crumbs. front desk lady at check in was not friendly or accommodating at all, and acted like we were a bother to her.

The facility was dirty. The hall of the main entrance to the elevator was dirty. The 2 floor was dirty, trash was on the floor from check in to check out no one ever cleaned it. My room was tidy not clean. Dirty in the shower, floor was not mopped , hair on the floor and toilet, carpet smells disgusting! Sheets were stained, they did provide me with sheets that smelled fresh but they were also stained. I don’t think they ever clean any of the carpets in any area. The fruit from the breakfast had mold.

Small rooms, side door broken, hard beds and no housekeeping on the weekends.
Clean comfortable and a great night manager.
The breakfast food, eggs sausage were not edible.
Good value and spacious room.
My tv was broken. I was told hotel was at full capacity so I couldn’t get another room (90% full not 100%) and that there was no one to fix it. I was told to speak with a manager in the morning but she was unable to help and did not offer a discount due to inconvenience
