Melhor hotel de Joburg, conforto e localização perfeita!
Pros:

Este é disparadamente o melhor hotel em que eu já me hospedei na vida. Ele não é todo branco sem graça, tem personalidade, vida, conforto. Da vontade de morar ali!

O staff é muito gentil e sempre nos ajudou com tudo, os ambientes são incríveis, desde o quarto até uma academia incrível. Um destaque a parte para a cozinha com prados deliciosos o dia inteiro, café, almoço e jantar.

A localização é perfeita também, está no único e melhor trecho de Joburg.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi um pouco confuso. Deu a entender que estava incluso, nos serviram um menu sem preços e depois que pedimos veio a conta. Mas estava delicioso, só faltou deixar mais claro que não está incluso na reserva.

We loved this hotel
Pros:

The location is ideal close to the Rosebank Gautrain (very safe and fast) and the city bus tour. You can ask to be picked up in the golf buggy if you have luggage but it’s only a short walk. It also felt very safe with some lovely restaurants and shops in the area. The staff were without exception all excellent making us feel very welcome. The hotel has a fantastic vibe especially in the Proud Mary restaurant which we loved. The chocolate left for us at turndown was a nice touch - there is an Artisan chocolate shop next door and the chocolate is devine. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in Johannesburg.

Fun and totally loved the hotel.
Pros:

Love the vibe and ambience. It was rugby weekend, so one of the nights was really lovely, with everyone kitted out in Springbok regalia. Love the location and just an absolutely amazing vibe. Breakfast is AMAZING! The decor in the rooms is lovely; I absolutely loved the concepts.

Cons:

Not having a ledge in the bathroom to place toiletries. But overall, stunning rooms.

We arrived shell-shocked from a hotel disaster, and The Hyde's staff turned our night around
Pros:

After a nightmare start at another hotel, The Hyde saved our night — from Gemina's calm reassurance on the phone, to Light quietly taking care of our bags before our room was even ready, the whole team seemed to anticipate exactly what we needed. Tamara went even further, arranging an in-room gift with a handwritten note for our special occasion on virtually no notice. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the on-site speakeasy was a perfect nightcap, and having the mall right on the doorstep made everything effortless.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing stands out - our only "wait" was for the room to be ready, and even that was solved with a lovely breakfast in the onsite restaurant which was amazing while we waited.

Pros:

Todo está perfecto, la zona es segura y puedes salir a la calle tranquilamente. Además nos dejamos una maleta en el hotel y nos la trajeron corriendo al aeropuerto! También nos dejaron un poco de late check out por nuestro vuelo
