Great location, great staff and great restaurant attached!
Pros:

Location is in an upscale area with security everywhere. Very safe and walkable. The staff will guide your car service through the security gate to pick you up at the door. 5-star experience!

Great facilities
Pros:

Very modern, spacious rooms and great gym facilities. Location also very convenient.

Cons:

One front desk staff member was not particularly friendly, and unfortunately his handling of our check-out left us ending an otherwise wonderful stay on a stressful note. He blamed us for not pre-paying our airport transfer, despite us never being informed that this was required. There needs to be clearer communication around this process, and guests should not be blamed for misunderstandings that could have been clarified by staff. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in, quickly resolved the issue, and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. It's a pity, as our experience was excellent aside from our interactions with him.
