Friendly staff, big room and bathroom

Cons:

The lifts are horrendous. Some days waiting 10 miniutes for a lift to come. They are very slow, too narrow and awkward. This shouldnt be an issue but when you use them 10 times a day its very frustrating

Enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel on its own clean, elegant and out of this world. The service from just arrival to reception 10/10.They even give us a vip room as a courtesy of us being our first time booking at thier hotel.They room was spacious, clean and the shower gels to body butter, ooh my God smelled so good.

There is nothing, i did not like about the hotel
