Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Cute family run business

Cons:

I pulled back the covers on my bed and there were two large congealed liquids staining the sheets. It was obvious the bed had not been cleaned properly. Fortunately the other bed in the room was not in this state because I was extremely tired from my international flight and needed rest. It was overpriced by VN standards but this often happens close to airports as well he travellers have few options.

STAY WAS FINE FOR OUR NEEDS OF SLEEPNG CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE
Pros:

THE LOCATION TO THE AIRPORT AND THE FREE SHUTTLE AT 4:30 AM WAS EXCELLENT.WE WHERE THERE FOR ONE NIGHT INORDER TO BE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT.THE ROOM WAS ADEQUATE AND BEDS WHERE FINE. THE STAFF WAS HELPFULAND PLEASENT.THE HOTEL IS OLD BUT IT SERVED OUR PURPOSES WELL. WIFI WORKED.

Cons:

IT IS SITUATED IN AN AREA THAT IS NOT FOR A VACATION STAY BUT GOOD TO GET TO THE AIRPORT.

Does the job for an overnight near the airport
Pros:

Very close to Noi Bai airport and convenient for a layover. Staff are nice. The departure transfer to the airport is a nice added value.
The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the aircon worked well.

Cons:

While the proximity to the airport is surely convenient, the neighbourhood in itself is suburban and not very charming. We struggled to find a restaurant to dine nearby. All eateries are very local and -despite being so close to an international airport- no restaurant had an English menu. This is not the hotel’s fault of course, but location is what it is.
We tried their bún chả for breakfast, and it did not deliver. They served it without herbs and the flavour profile was oddly sweet. We were expecting better in Hà Nội.
