Clean Hotel But Service is Poor, Extra Fees for Card Payment, No Airport Shuttle past 12
Pros:

Rooms were ok, spacious and clean. It's a good place to spend the night near the airport. Unfortunately, the service is poor.

Cons:

Initially, they offered me to arrange a paid airport pickup then 1 week before, they said their driver refused to pick us up because it was past midnight. I understand that the driver works daytime but being an airport hotel, they should provide such a service even on odd hours even if we have to pay. They just said use Grab but unfortunately, Grab drivers refused to accept our request because it was too near. We had to overpay a Grab driver at the waiting area bec our original grab driver didn't arrive. For an airport hotel, this is disappointing not to have this service. Front desk had this sleepy guy, not even in uniform. Then they also want to charge us extra for using a debit card to pay.

Pros:

The owner and staff were outstanding. So very helpful. We are using this as our base so are here 3 different times

Cons:

For us, it was a bit far from the city but our group of five shared rides so the price was fair and the hotel often got us a ride cheaper than GRAB

Very good value hotel near airport

Pros:

Cheap. Comfortable bed, great bathroom
Well organised breakfast ( pho brought in from nearby restaurant) and tasty pho. Staff very helpful. Transfer to airport in morning worked well

Cons:

The area. We arrived early evening and there is nowhere nice nearby to eat. We managed to find a very strange local restaurant but can't say that the food was nice.
Breakfast was a little limited. One cup of tea, one banana and one pre-ordered dish off the menu

مناسب لاقامة ليلة واحدة فقط اذا كانت رحلتك ترانزيت لقربه من المطار

الموقع قريب من المطار فقط

Cons:

لا يوجد خدمات او مطاعم مناسبة قريبة من الفندق، الاسرة غير مريحة، الموظفة المسؤولة عن الافطار لم تكن متعاونة، الافطار نوع واحد فقط على الطلب المسبق. كنا نتوقعه بوفيه!!

NE REVIENDRAI PAS !
Pros:

Proche de l’aéroport

Cons:

Un peu crégnos le quartier, clim qui ne fonctionne pas réfrigérateur idem.
Aucune aération dans la douche et mouille vraiment de partout.
On était dans un sauna toute la nuit.
Personnel pas très souriant sauf le monsieur qui nous a récupérer à l’aéroport.
Je ne reviendrai pas c’est certains.
Bon après vu le prix, ça ne m’étonne pas.

Cons:

La stanza che ci è stata data era diversa da quella prenotata e la descrizione non corrisponde. Finestra minuscola che dava su un loro terrazzo. In bagno un buci nel muro ha allagato il bagno: mi è stato detto che era lo scarico dell' aria condizionata! Servizio assenti.

Great Value for money, clean and tidy room.
Pros:

Friendly hosts and clean modern rooms. Great option for lay over. Close to airport. Breakfast was great especially the Bun Cha.
