Room was huge. Neighbourhood is not touristy at all - quite the opposite. Cash is a must. The 2 staff we interacted with can speak English. They were both very friendly and helpful. For a transit stop of 1 night this was perfect for us. We got a lift to the airport which was fantastic.
The hotel is close to the airport and there is a nice cafe nearby.
There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There is only free transportation from the hotel to the airport. This was not clear in the listing and the hotel never responded to questions about it in advance of our stay despite multiple inquiries.

It’s the place in which one you can sleep and rest before or after your flight. The bedroom is big, has AC. I just stayed for a couple of hours. Close to the airport they offered me free shuttle to the airport. I couldn’t take the breakfast.

They provided comfortable free drop off service to the airport early in the morning. We have some issue with AC and stuff kindly solved it.
Although we didn't have time to have breakfast due to the early checkout, the staff organized delicious take away banh mi sandwiches. The place is near the road but it is quiet. The rooms are clean.

Great hotel to stay in before a flight.
This was the third time have stayed here so stay was as expected. Located close to Terminals. Quiet location. Very convenient.
While the hotel offer an airport pick-up (to be paid for) in the Booking.com confirmation document, there was a little confusion over this when I messaged, and it obviously wasn't convenient for the staff on duty, so I ended up taking a GRAB taxi to the hotel, which was no problem and was the quickest and simplest way of arriving at the hotel from the airport (and cost less). Was kindly given a free ride to the airport early the next morning.
Otherwise there was nothing not to like for my 10hour stay!
