הצוות היה מקסים ואדיב, קיבל את פנינו בצורה יפה. החדר היה נקי, יפה ומסודר. מתאים בדיוק לצרכים שלנו ללילה אחרון בניו יורק לפני הטיסה חזרה הביתה. אהבתי את ההסעה מטעם המלון.

אהבנו הכל! את היחס, הניקיון, המיקום, את זה שיש מסעדה ובר במלון ממול.

Pros:

מלון טוב וחדר מרווח ונוח. הגענו ללילה אחרון לפני טיסה חזרה ורצינו מקום קרוב לשדה התעופה. הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד. האיזור מחוץ למלון לא מרגיש נעים ובטוח אבל הגענו בלילה רק לישון ויצאנו משם מוקדם בבוקר. בתוך המלון הרגיש בטוח.

Cons:

שלא צויין בבוקינג מחיר החנייה הגבוה עבור חניית הרכב במגרש של המלון באמצעות Vallet. אחרי משא ומתן עם המלון וחברת vallet קיבלנו הנחה כי הגענו רק לכמה שעות ואכן התעריף לא היה מצויין . בנוסף גם מחיר החדר היה גבוה ביחס לתמורה וזה בגלל הביקוש הגבוה למלן קרוב לשדה

otherwise stay was fine
Pros:

pleasant check in staff, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchenette, 24 hour available tea, coffee and water, provision of shuttle

Cons:

Inability to contact anyone to book shuttle for airport pickup either from calling front desk or from using link provided. Man came knocking at my door waking me from sleep- stating house keeping- told him I didn't need house keeping, he rudely responded that someone had sent something up from the front desk- No-one called to say this was occurring, I had not placed any orders, noir was I expecting anything, the man was very rude. I did not open the door as this all seemed strange and unsafe, told him to go away. Later front desk said they had sent a thank you tray up- UHM- ma'am -without calling first and having someone (esp a man) turn up unexpectedly stating house keeping but wasn't there for that.....
Also didn't like the noise coming from the bathroom but was too tired from travelling to complain

Good hotel
Pros:

I always liked residence inn, staff is friendly and the location is great with 24 hours shuttle service to the airport

Cons:

The room is a little bit small compared to all other Residence inn hotels that I have visited. The shuttle schedule inbound is not regular, you have to call to get the service.
