اعجبتني المرافق ونظافة المكان والانشطة المتوفرة

Cons:

مركز الspa كان غير جيد اطلاقاً 1- عدم وحود احترافيه قلقد تواصلت معهم قبل القدوم بيوم وحجزت موعد وتواصلت نفس يوم الحجز صباحا
اخبروني انه الوقت الذي اخترته قد تم حجزه من قبل شخص اخر ثانياً عند موعد المساج لقد تم سحب المبلغ مرتين ثالثاً لايوجد تواصل احترافي بين الspa والاستقبال وكأنهم كيانين مختلف. اما الاشياء الاخرى كالمسبح والموظف الاستقبال الهندي (لا اذكر امانة اسمه) لكنه كان ممتاز جداً

Cons:

I come frequently to the Hotel for accomodation with family or for meals. Unfortunately this is the first time i notice the hotel is not clean. Alot of insects and cockroaches on the pool side. The outdoor pool is not clean. I was really disapointed because i am frequent customer.

يغلقون عليك الكهرباء الساعه 12 ظهرا ولا يسمحون بخروج متأخر إلا لازم تدفع فلوس مع ان حجزي يتيح لي خروج متأخر حتي الساعه 3 عصرا ، افطار عندهم اقل من جيد
