Edifício:

A reabilitação do edifício foi feita com sensibilidade, sendo dado ênfase à estrutura original. Nota-se que houve cuidado na seleção dos materiais, tendo sido privilegiadas as madeiras nobres nos pavimentos, caixilharias de ferro feitas à medida, preservação do uso de granito trabalhado com cortes contemporâneos que dialogam na perfeição com o edificado do século XVI. O mesmo se aplica ao desenho de estruturas de ferro como a claraboia, situações de biombo ou de arrumos, e ainda painéis que servem, por um lado, de estrutura e, por outro, decorativos, onde há o cuidado de manter um desenho ritmado que dialoga com as pavimentações. O pormenor da entrada para o hotel é extremamente interessante: uma pala de ferro que anuncia o trabalho de desenho novo, criando um contraste expressivo muito equilibrado e elegante entre o antigo e o novo, como se a pala servisse de extensão e pronúncio da contemporaneidade que existe no interior do edifício. A cor utilizada transmite sensação de acolhimento e uma atmosfera mediterrânica.

Atmosfera:

Há um efeito muito bem conseguido no hotel: a capacidade de criar uma atmosfera envolvente, intimista, que se apresenta como um retiro e convida à tranquilidade, conseguindo na perfeição um distanciamento do bulício da cidade. Não se ouvem ruídos externos e, imediatamente, somos transportados para a atmosfera de ninho confortável, característica do hotel.

Transmitem e concretizam, entregam uma experiência adaptada ao indivíduo, diferenciando grandemente o serviço, acima de tudo nos dias de hoje, onde facilmente um hotel pode ter 5 estrelas e pouco se destaca no serviço. O Sr. Rui Nora, desde o check-in, onde me fez uma visita guiada ao hotel não se ficando por detalhes operativos, foi a fundo, partilhando o seu conhecimento da história, a sua sensibilidade e, de uma forma elegante e contida.

Un havre de paix, de luxe et de volupté en plein centre ville!
La casa de campanhia est un hotel cosy, confidentiel, proposant des prestations très haut de gamme( la piscine sur le toit, la piscine intérieure, le spa, tout est exceptionnel!).
Les chambres sont grandes, très bien équipées, luxueuses et confortables. Parfaites pour se reposer après avoir parcouru les rues animées de Porto.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et propose un éventail qui comble tout le monde!
L'équipe est aux petits soins, souriante et aimable...aucune remarque négative à faire, nous avons adoré notre sejour dans cet établissement.
