Perfect for a central location
Pros:

Wow this was amazing and had a perfect stay at this hotel!! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also upgraded our room, which was absolutely beautiful and standards are high here!

It was my partner’s birthday, wow the team really went above and beyond to make it memorable, thank you so much! The spa was clean, relaxing and luckily not busy at all so that was a big plus. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool but it gives us all the more reason to come back in summer! The bar and restaurant were good too as we had dinner included, with the pouring rain outside this was much appreciated.

Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We will definitely stay here again!

Super-freundliches Hotel in Bestlage
Pros:

Aus Eigennutz dürfte ich dieses Hotel eigentlich nicht empfehlen, denn wenn alle wüssten, wie toll es hier war, ist es beim nächsten Mal vielleicht ausgebucht oder die Preise steigen aufgrund der Nachfrage. Aber man soll ja nicht immer nur an sich selbst denken, weshalb ich die Unterkunft bereits mehreren Freunden im Falle eines Porto-Besuches dringend ans Herz gelegt habe. TOP-Lage, Mega-Zimmer, aber in allererster Linie sooo aufmerksam-freundliches Personal. Es war unser erstes Mal in Porto, aber gewiss nicht das letzte. Danke an das gesamte Team, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm entouriert haben.

物超所值，非常溫馨乾淨的飯店。

Location is perfect, 10-15 min to most attractions, and breakfast is awesome, including à la carte and buffet, you will be regret it you miss the breakfast. I stayed the room with church view, it’s breathtaking, you can enjoy the beautiful city view and lying on bed. And staff there is warm and welcome.

Hotel locate at pedestrian zone, so it’s not allowed to drop off or pick up front of hotel, need to walk a little bit to drop off or pick up area if you take uber

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, 5 ***** entsprechend.
Pros:

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten war alles perfekt und wie auf den Fotos präsentiert. Die Style und die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und hochwertig. Beeindruckend, dass sich das z.B. auch in den Böden und der Wandverkleidung der Flure zeigt - Bereiche, in denen ansonsten oft gespart wird.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und die Mischung aus kleinen Buffet und Speisen zur Bestellung sehr angenehm und unaufgeregt elegant.

Cons:

Hier die Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten:
Leider gab es keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender.
Das Zimmer war sehr kalt - auch das hochdrehen der Klimaanlage (als einzige Möglichkeit zu „heizen“) brachte nicht die gewünschte Wirkung.

Pool, Sauna und Dampfbad sind recht klein.
Die Temperatur des Pools ist sehr kühl - zum schwimmen wäre die Temperatur ausreichend aber dafür ist der Pool etwas zu klein - zum darin relaxen aber das Wasser zu kühl.
Bei den Liegen am Pool sollten Ablagemöglichkeiten z.B. für ein Buch zur Verfügung stehen und eine etwas hellere Beleuchtung, so dass man etwas lesen kann.

Pros:

Dès qu'on arrive, on a l'impression d'être des célébrités. Nous en avons fait des hôtels mais celui-ci sort définitivement du lot. Les chambres sont magnifiques et spacieuses. Absolument tout le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique. Le coin spa est très bien entretenu est agréable. L'hôtel est en plein centre. Et les tarifs basses saisons m'ont même fait demandé si je n'avais pas fait d'erreur vu la qualité extraordinaire du service.
