When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please note that early check-in at 14:00 or late check-out until 13:00 is available upon request for an additional charge of GBP 10.

Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights. Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Gym - The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties.

Lovely
Pros:

I had a great room. Lovely and quiet in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything i needed. I would recommend

Cons:

The pillows. I suggest that guests could be given a decent pillow on arrival from a pillow menu (soft, hard , neck support etc) and pay for it if its ruined or spoiled or not returned on check out. I would even sign a waiver!! Where ever I stay the pillows are the thing that let's my visit down and affects my sleep. Other than that, I liked everything.

Good location, modern Hotel
Pros:

Modern Rooms, nice Bathroom. Location next to bus station and grocery store, 5min walk to next U-Bahnstation.

Cons:

After booking the room (Twin Beds), it was not clear if a Twin Bed Room is available - seems to not be granted automatically even if booked. This is unusual. Also when checking in online it only shows the option for Double bed. (We asked via Hotel chat in advance to clarify and got the correct room).

Nice Location, nice features...not as clean
Pros:

The venue location is amazing - everything is on the door step. The room size and kitchen equipment are really good and really give an apartment feeling. Casting to the tv screen is a nice touch in case you want to watch your sport etc.

Cons:

The room was a little cold going in, the mattress was on the floor and the dividers between the bed and the main area wasn't clean (Was a piece of paper with chewing gum in it).

Clean and comfortable room
Pros:

The room was compact but had everything I needed. Much nicer than other places ive stayed in London, and for a fraction of the price. I'm going to be searching for other staycity aparthotels in future visits to the city.
