makkelijk te bereiken
weinig overlast van geluid

De koffie was niet te drinken en koste ook nog eens geld

Ich hatte einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am See und der Ausblick waren toll. Auch die Ausstattung. Super! Gerne wieder. Beachtet werden muss hier, außer zum Frühstück, gibt es niemanden, den man ansprechen kann. Es funktioniert über einen Self-Check-in.

Cons:

Das BMW-Autohaus im Untergeschoss. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Die Zimmer sind modern und absolut sauber.
Der See ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch nach Locarno ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Grosser Einsatz des Personals, Persönlicher, freundlicher Umgang mit Gästen

Cons:

„Dank“ der super Location und den fast ausnahmslos guten Bewertungen, wird es immer schwieriger vor allem spontan ein Zimmer zu buchen; ich konnte dieses Wochenende nur 1 anstatt 3 gewünschte Nächte buchen

Pros:

Modern, newly renovated, smart hotel. Overall exprience was great. Check-in and self service system is worming good. They have complementary water, hot water, fruits and ice at the common area.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, they have AC but its a bit uncomfy while sleeping. Bed could be more confortable but it was not bad.
