Die Zimmer waren sehr charmant und es lies sich definitiv der Boutique-Stil erkennen. Auch die Inneneinrichtung war sehr schön und sorgte in Kombination mit dem Ausblick für einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt.
Es gab keine direkten Kritikpunkte, lediglich die die Lage bzw. Anfahrt könnte man als schwierig erachten. Der wundervolle Ausblick ist dies aber alle Mal Wert.
Ein tolles Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Kann dieses Hotel jederzeit empfehlen. Es werden auch sehr gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen abgegeben (Beispiel: Saltxipi - 1A Restaurant; Familienbetrieb aber auf höchstem Niveau).

The place to the OLD Town is really far. On average you are looking at 15-20 euros every time you decide to travel up and down.
The view from the hotel spectacular, the room was so clean bead sheets was fresh and clean, stag was so friendly and so helpful specially Fatiha.
An absolutely stunning hotel built into the hills overlooking Donastia. We loved our stay here, the poolside room was beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable and the views from the pool over the city were incredible.
The old town is about a half hour walk, downhill, from the hotel, or a €10 taxi which the hotel staff were happy to book for us!
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
El alojamiento está cuidado al detalle, sus vistas son magníficas, el desayuno muy rico pero sin duda lo mejor de la estancia fue la atención de Ane, una chica encantadora, que nos facilitó y ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, gracias de nuevo Ane.
Por ponerle un “pero” que no una “pega”, el no poder aparcar en el mismo hotel o cerca, y que tengas que depender de taxi desde el centro de Donosti, pero aún así, merece mucho la pena la estancia.

It was quite a walk from most things … but the view was well worth it
Het uitzicht is fenomenaal! De kamers zijn zeer verzorgd en stijlvol ingericht. Het ontbijt is wat prijzig maar wel erg goed! Ook het zwembad en de mooie ligbedden zijn van grote toegevoegde waarde bij een verblijf aan dit hotel.
Je kan niet parkeren direct bij het hotel, wij konden wel iets verderop parkeren op een (gratis) openbare parkeerplaats, dus viel eigenlijk wel mee, maar het is goed om te weten.
The bedroom and the decoration were beautiful, the swimming pool was very nice, and the view was definitely something!
The fact that it was not possible to park around the hotel was definitely a problem. We arrived at the hotel at 23h and had to park in the parking lot recommended, around 15 min by car (not possible to walk), and from there call a taxi to go to the hotel. And every time we would need to go somewhere, this same routine was needed: to ask the hotel to call a taxi, the hotel would call a taxi, the taxi would take the time needed (one time it took more than 35 minutes and we lost our dinner reservation!). And, you could only use these taxis 2 times per 24h, so you could only leave and return to the hotel once per day.. (bear in mind that the hotel has no lunch or dinner options, so how could we leave only once?..)
Another problem was for sure the lack of sound isolation that our room had. We would hear all day, including at night, the music from the living room and reception, the conversations, the coughing.. It was impossible to sleep in when the morning came and the guests went for breakfast. I would not recommend our room!
The third big issue was that one night we could not get hot water, we reported the problem, and it could not be fixed during that night, so we could not freshen up properly after swimming in the pool.
De deuren hebben kieren aan de onderkant waardoor het erg gehorig is op de kamers. Wij hadden een kamer beneden bij de receptie, waardoor je daar relatief veel last van hebt. Verder was het hotel wel prettig en goedgelegen

The wine-drinking ceremony on the balcony was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of San Sebastian from a great angle. It also had a very quiet and peaceful environment. We got the chance to spend time alone together by the pool with my partner. The only problem is they don't provide parking. Because of this, you have to take a taxi to the parking area in the city center and back. They help with calling taxis. I definitely recommend it.
Très belle vue
Très déçue par cet hôtel, qui ne correspond pas du tout aux prestations annoncées. Piscine non chauffée, aucun restaurant sur place (impossible de déjeuner ou dîner à l’hôtel, compliqué avec des enfants), Wi-Fi inutilisable, ménage commencé seulement en fin d’après-midi, ascenseur encombré par des chariots, stationnement à plus de 10 minutes sans voiturier.
La chambre « famille » avait une salle de bain entièrement vitrée, sans intimité.
Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment mauvais, nous ne reviendrons pas

La salle de bain! Dangereux! Il y avait de l eau partout quand on prenait une douche. Même vers les toilettes et l évier… ça glissait beaucoup
