Cordial Grand Hotel

We had an amazing one week stay, the staff especially young lady named Junie at the reception was super friendly and very helpful and spoke very good English. The bathrooms were a bit outdated and the gym was really non existent had one
treadmill a couple of loose weights, and the room was stifling hot with no a/c or fans. Free breakfast was good with lots of options and choice. Overall good value for the price. 10 minutes walk to beach, lots of restaurants near by.

Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et serviable.
Les chambres sont très jolies, la literie très confortable.
Nous avions eu un doute fuite dans les WC, et le lendemain on nous a mis dans une autre chambre, encore mieux que la première.

朝食は私の口には合いませんでしたが、トータルでは宿泊料金も安いので、トータルでは満足してます。
タクシーなど、ダナンは交通の便が良いので観光の拠点としては充分です。

Staff was nice decent , the room itself was alright when it comes to cleanliness . The one thing I was really looking forward to and the disappointed the most was the infinity pool on the roof . It was dirty , it felt warm and slippery of how dirty it was , looked green because of the algae that has created , not how it shows on the pictures. Sadly because it can be such an amazing pool if they just clean it good and daily . Food was good 8/10 . I would recommend another hotel near the beach more pricey but more worth it .

When I checked in, I was taken to the wrong room, and the bellboy left without saying anything, even though the TV was broken.
The next day, I was offered a room change, but the power system in that room was also broken, so I had to move to another room again.
The pool water was murky and in an unhygienic state, which made me not want to swim. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying the rooftop pool.
Housekeeping only stretched the sheets without changing them. Essentially, they only replaced the towels, collected the trash, and replenished the water.
Laundry service was advertised, but there was no laundry room; instead, it seemed like we had to use a nearby cleaning service. The service from other bellboys and counter staff was good.
There is a supermarket across the street, which is convenient for shopping. Arranging for a rental bike was also very smooth, but it required leaving a passport.

This hotel offers a great stay at a great value. It offers a nice view from the rooftop, very nice and comfortable bed, spacious room, a TV that has its own theme song jingle, a nice shower with great water pressure, very courteous house keepers, decent restaurant, and a very underwhelming gym. Overall, like I said, the value is amazing, but I had a very poor initial impression when the lady at the front desk insisted I didn't pay for my booking yet until she realized 10 minutes later that I did in fact pay for my booking. It made every encounter I had with her awkward, because...the off-putting feeling stayed with me. Great hotel though, I don't think you'll be disappointed

We keep coming back because of the excellent service. Thao consistently and warmly attends to our every need. We can’t say enough about the staff. They are wonderful.
The pool is beautiful with incredible views but it can be slippery because of built-up algae and sometimes there are no towels.
The area is not as touristy as some which is nice, and there are many places to eat and get a coffee.

가족여행인데 생각했던거보다 깨끗하네요

空港シャトルバスの利用で問合せしたところ反応が無く、当日不安を抱えながらダナン空港に到着しました。連絡がなかったため、現地アプリでタクシー手配を進めようとした時に、遠くの方で私の名前が記入されたプレートを発見。対応可否の事前連絡は欲しかった。ホテルの立地については、目の前にランドリーやコンビニ店などがあり、非常に便利でした。ホテルにあるインフィニティプールも楽しみにしていましたが、いつ清掃したのかわからないくらい水質が悪く、使用する事ができませんでした。ホテル内の食事は、美味しく食べる事ができました。

I traveled from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang and arrived at 06:00 in the hotel. I was allowed an early check in around 12:00 , so that gave me some time to explore the area. Lots of coffee shops if you need a wake me up! The most notable thing about my experience here was the Staff. Very professional and courteous. It’s about a five minute drive to the beach , and when you go to the infinity pool at the rooftop you can see the whole city as well as the beach. The breakfast goes far beyond American Standards! I would recommend this location!

가족여행으로 4인실 예약했는데 좁지않게 잘 쉬었습니다. 직원분들 영어로 의사소통 불편하지 않을 수준으로 가능했고, 다들 친절하셨어요. 근데 공항픽업서비스 메일이랑 호텔스닷컴 어플로 계속 요청했는데 답장안오고ㅠ 도착해서도 카운터에 공항샌딩 요청했는데 안된다고 거절하셨네요; 조식음식퀄리티는 메뉴 하나하나는 맛있고 좋았는데, 메뉴리필을 안해주시는지 늦게 내려오면 맛있는 메뉴는 다 떨어지고 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 아쉬운 점이 조금 있었지만 그래도 가성비있게 잘 놀고 뷰도 꽤 괜찮았던 호텔입니다!

Things not as stated water not free. No welcome drink. No roof top bar. No coffee shop breakfast give it a miss. Room great view by beech. Pool nice
