Care home - not a hotel
Cons:

This is not a hotel, this is a room in a care facility. The listing on booking is very misleading. Rooms functional but it feels like you are in an institution. I felt mislead by the description and pictures on booking and we did not stay. Tried to reason with the manager to this effect - was met with indifference- he stated that they had updated booking but was very defensive when we questioned this
