Die Dame beim Frühstück, sehr herzlich. Tolles Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Toilettenbürste sollte dringend gereinigt oder gewechselt werden. Mehr Haare als in einer Haarbürste.

Ein schönes Hotel mit super Service
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es wird auf Wunsch frisches Spiegelei oder Rührei zubereitet. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, war super hilfsbereit, auf Fragen und Probleme wurde umgehend reagiert.

Cons:

Ich war dienstlich hier und die Stadt Hagen ist Richtung Bahnhof nicht sehr attraktiv. Aber das Hotel betreffend, war alles super.

Pros:

Ontbijt is erg goed en de ligging van het hotel uitstekend.
Personeel is erg klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De bar van het hotel was niet open, toen we om 22.30 uur in het hotel kwamen was ook de receptie al onbemand.

Perfekter Standort für eine Geschäftsreise. Komfortable Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Der Check-In war sehr sympathisch und auch die Bedienung an der Bar war hervorragend. Julius Herrmann darf hier hervor gehoben werden. Er macht einen tollen Job, speziell hinter der Bar. Er hatte alle Gäste stets im Blick und jedes leere Glas wurde aufmerksam und unaufdringlich wahrgenommen, mit der Frage, ob es noch was sein dürfe.
Perfekter Aufenthalt und gerne wieder.
