LONDON OTEL

This is not a hotel in the usual sense. It’s a building with apartments. There is no staff present on-site, even during check-in. Any time I raised an issue, I was told it would be resolved “now” just to stop me asking, but nothing was ever actually done.

I had no Wi-Fi for my entire stay. There was also no mobile signal inside the apartment, and despite repeatedly reporting this, nothing was fixed.

The apartment was only cleaned once during the two weeks I stayed, and that was after I had to repeatedly ask. Reception is never staffed.

The toilet seat was already broken and came off completely. I reported it and asked for it to be replaced, but it never was.

Overall, very poor management, no support, and basic issues left unresolved. I would not recommend staying here.

Шумный кондиционер, были зимой и ночью холодно, отопления нет поэтому кондиционер - единственный источник тепла. И из-за шума его не оставить включённым ночью. Телевизор не смарт, либо я не разобрался. Отсутствует шторка в душе. Но в целом чего то прям ужасного не было, если бы еще приехал в Анталью то мог бы здесь остановиться повторно

В душе сломана дверь,ее просто нет ,уборка так себе ,постоянно находили волосы ,чьи так и не выяснили )))) До моря прилично идти .

Location really far away from the beach you need a taxi to commute.
Not safe: main door open 24/7 and no body around. There are cctv cameras but I think they are bogus ones as it does not seem that there is a monitor in the reception.
Isolated area not safe for children or lonely women.
Do not pay at the property as you will be charged nearly double the price unless you pay cash and in euros.
Plenty of shops around but really expensive and staff do not speak english at all as the area is far away from the sea side.
In case of an emergency you are completely left alone. There is a cleaning lady who seems lost most of the time do not bother talking to her. Also, there is a phone number at the door of a so called and all the time closed reception do not waste your credit calling it.
We paid 878 euros!!! and the real price with such service should not exceed 400 euros.

Останавливались семьёй (2 взрослых и 1 ребёнок 9 лет) в отеле на 5 ночей с 19 по 24 июля 2025. Приехали для заселения после 6 вечера, при этом номер был не готов, Нас попросили подождать ещё полчаса (заявлено заселение с 2 или 3 часов дня). Мы поехали с семьёй на море искупаться. Вернулись после 8 вечера, заселились. В комнатах было грязно, шерсть животных на полу и на постельном белье: На ресепшен никого нет, по номеру вацап ресепшен написали, что нужна кастрюля для варки (новую кастрюлю, справедливости ради, принесли очень быстро). Очень быстро дали пароль от Wi-Fi, пришли и верно ввели хитрый пароль на мобильные устройства. На просьбу вацап поменять постельное белье, принести в номер мыло, шампунь, гель для душа и прочие заявленные принадлежности (их не было в номере с самого заезда) никто не реагировал несколько дней. После того, как супруга поймала сотрудника отеля за руку и заставила выслушать нас, гигиенические принадлежности он принёс оперативно, но на замечания относительно грязи, шерсти в номере сообщил, что уборка предусмотрена только перед заселением и после отъезда. В исключительном порядке обещал нам уборку на следующий день в полдень, но никто так и не приходил.
Сушилки для белья старенькие, некоторые части покрыты ржавчиной - из-за чего было испорчено несколько вещей из одежды и детский купальник.
Бассейн тоже грязный, на дне мусор - плавать в нем нам было брезгливо.
Отдельного возмущения заслуживает заявленная возможность оплаты картами платежной системыUnion Pay. 3 или 4 раза пробовали оплатить, но постоянно были проблемы. В итоге накануне отъезда пришлось снять наличные евро и оплатить. Если отсутствует возможность оплаты картами Union Pay, то не нужно заявлять об этом. Приехали в этот отель третий раз (под впечатлением от прошлогоднего, летом 2024 года, пребывания) и остались сильно разочарованы в этот раз. К большому сожалению, в будущие поездки там бронировать номера не будем.

the swimming pool was a little dirty and there was always no one on reception so you had to call a number they pasted on the reception

The pool was non functional, no water in it. Even though we reached at 3.30 pm after the check in time of 3 pm, we were only given 1 apartment out of the two booked and it took another 2 hours to get the other one.

No furniture at all in the main bedroom other than the bed. Wardrobe in twin room covered the light switch and only power socket and the curtains in the room didn't cover the whole window. No natural light in the lounge. Shower head faulty. No tea towels or dish clothes. Floor was dirty. Swimming pool was empty.

Pool was not open despite booking.com saying it was. This was the main reason for booking it.
Communication with the owner was poor as they failed to respond at times and at checkout time we had no response so had to leave the key in the door.
Had very itchy skins despite washing the bedding. The bedding wasn't the most comfortable
Only toiletries they had was little bars of soap and 5 toilet rolls. No other toiletries and supplies were given despite them being listed on booking.com.
They made it clear after that you are not supplied with cleaning supplies for long stays.
No cleaning was provided as again you are expected to clean and also throw away your rubbish.
