Pros:

Never stayed in a such an exclusive boutique resort. Exceptional quality and views to die for. Staff were wonderful always happy to do anything you request and friendly too. We truly felt the relief and relaxation when we arrived through the gates.

Pros:

The staff accommodated wherever possible even providing a cable when necessary. They went out of their way to do so. The food was amazing, excellent quality that would give some hotels in the area a good run for their money.
Knowledgeable staff as well. The room was amazing as was the view. Car parking excellent as well.
We can’t recommend it enough. Thank you staff.

Cons:

Signage to find our way. It was clear but difficult to see as we only saw Mt Lofty Hotel sign instead of under that sign.

Amazing property close to the city but feels like you are in the wilderness. Views are spectacular, property is pristine and cutting edge, and the service is above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Pros:

What a spectacular resort! The staff were equally wonderful along with the food and wine selection. The concierge helped us book amazing experiences and I would STRONGLY recommend booking everything thru them as they turned out awesome!!!

Beautiful getaway but would not do it again because it felt overpriced
Pros:

Amazing view; rooms are luxe, especially the ceiling windows

Cons:

1- show massage is not as good as it looks or the water strength is weak
2- hot springs temperature not hot enough, and the time experience is too short; we got an 8pm slot, which means we had to rush through our dinner
