Es war einfach toll

Service war ganz schlecht. Es wurde nach Zahnbürste und schlappen gefragt und nach zwei Nächten war es immernoch nicht da trotz Nachfragen. Bei Abreise wurde auf einmal gesagt das man es holen musste was aber keiner gesagt hat.

Check out konnte nicht kostenfrei um eine Stunde verlängert werden obwohl es jedes b&b hinbekommt. Verstehe also nicht wieso ich 100€ mehr pro Nacht bezahlt habe obwohl es selbe Standard ist wie bei B&B oder Ibis.

Der Oberhammer ist das ich mit meiner Frau eingecheckt bin wir haben extra gefragt muss sie ihren pass zeigen und beim check in wurde gesagt nein wird nicht benötigt und als meine Frau ihre Karte vergessen hat wurde gesagt ne können wir nicht geben weil sie nicht im System ist. Also keine ahnung was da schief läuft aber das schlechteste Mariott vom Service in dem ich je war.

Close to old town
Pros:

Upscale hotel close to but not in the old town area which was good because we had a car. Room was large, clean and all you would expect from this chain. Parking was under the hotel (paid).

Cons:

It was a nice hotel. One of our more expensive.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr engagiert

Cons:

Der Preis ist schon recht hoch, aber vielleicht ist das Hotel mehr für Tagungsteilnehmer, die eine optimale Anbindung an den Zug benötigen, als für Touristen.

Alles sehr gut, bis auf den Umweltschutz
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmerwunsch (ruhig, Fenster zu öffnen) wurde erfüllt, gute Lage nahe am Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig, sehr gute Betten und Bettzeug, Nachtlicht im Bad

Cons:

Leider wird auch in diesem Hotel - wie leider in vielen anderen Hotels - der Umweltschutz nur halbherzig betrieben. Zwar weist ein Schild im Badezimmer ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass nur die auf dem Boden liegenden und nicht die aufgehängten Handtücher ausgewechselt würden; tatsächlich wurden aber alle Handtücher ausgetauscht, obwohl wir sie aufgehängt hatten - das ist höchst ärgerlich !
