Pros:

Location is perfect

Cons:

Beds are pretty uncomfortable, the bedding is horrible, horrendously noisy (yes the bed sheets comforter) are very noisy literally it feels like you’re wrapped with parchment paper or aluminum foil paper (noise level). No microwave at the room (that’s a must) at least the very minimum.

Modern, stylish hotel with good amenities at a medium price
Pros:

Beautiful new hotel rooms with modern bathrooms and shower. The king size bed was very comfortable and had extra pillows. The heater and air conditioner were quiet and easily adjusted with a modern thermostat. Nice bar and restaurant in the lobby.

Cons:

We paid for breakfast with the rooms. We received a voucher for any made-to-order breakfast on the menu. The chicken and waffles were great. The only downside is that because it is not a buffet, it took a while to get breakfast. Might be a problem if you are in a hurry.

Nice hotel, I've stayed there numerous times, but I won't be returning anytime soon to stay here.
Pros:

The employee at the front desk (Marissa) demonstrated a difference in how she treated 1 guest vs. the other. Upon arrival I asked for a higher level room and she un-warmly stated that she didn't have anything available. I go upstairs unpack and come back downstairs for dinner, but stop by the front desk to ask a question which is when I overheard Marissa giving the guest the same type of room as me on the 5th floor. She also offered the guest in front of me added amenities that she not once mentioned or even offered to extend to me. I won't be returning, because personally speaking, she showed me that she did not appreciate my business there as much as she did the gentlemen who came in after me.

Fabulous hotel, property and staff
Pros:

The staff at this property care. They really care about you and want to make you comfortable. Mr Andrew the manager reached out even before i got there maybe in response to a call or an email. He was so so receptive and genuinely was so concerned. Angie was my first point of contact when i called and truly went above and beyond. You know how they say first impressions but she made the first which remained all through. Chris checked me in with so much care and wanted to truly help and did. Giselle was always there to help us and checked us out with efficiency. Bianca the night front desk person always worked with a smile on her face and went above and beyond even in the middle of the night to bring me a duvet. Whether it was Marissa or Torrence they all were very kind. Brandon also helped us check out smoothly . Housekeeping needs immense praise as this hotel is immaculately clean. Brandy Housekeeping director and Angelina and Nery housekeepers. The staff were fabulous, the rooms were super comfortable. The access to the pantry is really amazing for those who need water, soda yogurt, cereal, fruits , milk coffee. Very useful and definitely a very good addition and well worth it. This hotel definitely deserves all awards and its staff and especially everyone mentioned above be rewarded. They truly have mastered customer service

Weekend getaway
Pros:

Very clean hotel. We stay here every time we come to Southlake. Only place we will stay. Beds are usually comfortable, but this time bed seemed to be a little too hard. We requested extra pillows which was very nice. AC works really well. Showers are amazing! At the front desk Angie upgraded us with pantry service and it was a nice addition. Even when coffee machine broke restaurant gave complimentary coffee service. When we requested a quiet floor/room since my hubby is disabled veteran they honored and it was so nice! Thanks for another great weekend!
