Pros:

住宿地點很好, 旁邊就是電車站, 雖然我們是開車, 不過附近很容易找到公用停車格, 甚至就在公寓房門前面, 公寓的主人總是很快的回覆問題, 並提供很快的解決方式, 入住方式容易, 電子鎖也很安全, 室內燈光明亮也可以調整, 室內的用品的品味都是在水準之上, 廁所乾淨, 提供的毛巾, 廚房的備品都很充足, 未來有機會會希望再次入住, 真的十分推薦

Cons:

風扇需要清潔, 廁所的喇叭無法使用, 客廳的床墊有一些疑似動物的毛髮, 其它都沒有什麼問題

I would stay there again!
Pros:

We liked the apartment alot: it was clean and bright. The kitchen was quite user friendly and comfortable. There was a laundry room (washers) next door, (and an extra toilet, even though it is a communal laundry). Communication with the managers was excellent, and we were quite comfortable. We were sorry not to be able to stay longer.
Layout is one we have encountered before. There were three bedrooms, a kitchen/common room, and a bathroom which all opened from a central entrance/vestibule which serves as a place to hang coats and put packages and "stuff" down.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Pros:

Traumhafte Unterkunft. Sehr viel Platz und sehr sauber. Eine ganz moderne Ausstattung.

Cons:

Über uns war es sehr laut, auch in der Zeit der Nachtruhe.

Eine hervorragend gepflegte Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlich aufmerksamem Service, perfekter Organisat
Pros:

Wir waren vom ersten Eindruck an begeistert. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern und unseren Erwartungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und den hervorragenden Service. Bereits vor der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich betreut: Wir erhielten regelmäßig Nachrichten mit Hilfsangeboten und Nachfragen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Am Tag vor der Anreise wurden wir sogar telefonisch kontaktiert, um offene Fragen zu klären – das erlebt man nur selten.
Der Check-in per Schlüsselcode funktionierte absolut reibungslos. Auch das Sicherheitsgefühl war sehr gut, da nachts Kontrollen im Haus durchgeführt wurden. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, gepflegt, komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz, um sich auch mit mehreren Personen wohlzufühlen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Parkplätze fanden wir problemlos direkt vor dem Haus und sowohl U-Bahn als auch S-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Dadurch konnten wir Berlin bequem erkunden, ohne auf das Auto angewiesen zu sein.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hätte.

Zentral und doch in ruhiger Nebenstraße gelegen, so dass man mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte und morgens von Vogelgesang geweckt wurde.
