Pros:

Whenever my partner and I come to Osaka this is our go-to hotel! The facilities are so nice - love the free beverages >:). The rooms are a little small but for the price you pay there’s no complaints from us. The location is also amazing - it’s in a quieter area of Osaka so it was always nice to come back to a bit of quiet after being out. There’s also good places to eat nearby and a train station too.

Beware. The hotel uses dishonest pricing practices. I had a booking for 4 days. Changed it to 3 days, long before arrival. Got charged a declared amount
Then 3 WEEKS LATER they try to charge EXTRA 9k yen for changing the booking. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with them

Pros:

It was good my experiance. The hotel was on the street and 10min by walk to metro station. Staff was normal not much interest.

Cons:

My bath area need a bit of repair they used second quality material of bathroom. In Japan water free but, I'd like prefed in the room water bootle. The sound insulation was middle, If you woke up late you can heart for cleaner person in beside of room.
