A great stay, I would book again.
Pros:

A perfect hotel, close to bus stops, underground train station and shops. It is a 2 minute walk to a huge supermarket and restaurants. It is about a 20-30 minute into the main shopping street.
The staff were lovely, there are free hot drinks available from a machine, free ice machine and vending machine for cold drinks. The room was spotless and a good enough size for Japan!

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Il servizio di bevande incluso (melon soda, coca, caffè, cappuccino, etc...) è stata una gradita sorpresa e la zona ristoro è un buon punto dove rilassarsi.

Cons:

La camera era un pò angusta, gli spazi dovrebbero essere in qualche modo ottimizzati in modo da permettere di mettere i bagagli da parte.

Pros:

Fueron muy amables con nosotros, la habitación fue extra cómoda, con un buen baño y aire acondicionado, es un sitio muy tranquilo sin ruido para descansar, teníamos buenos restaurantes al rededor. Cómo fuimos de luna de miel nos esperaron con un detalle y la cama decorada, eso nos hizo sentir muy especiales. Antes de irnos nos ayudaron a enviar nuestras maletas a nuestro siguiente hotel en kioto. Nos facilitaron la vida y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Cuando volvamos a Osaka, definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos en este maravilloso lugar.
