Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviewers note rooms and public areas are very clean and fresh-smelling; minor issues reported (empty water in air-purifier, vending-machine restock oversight) but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
8.8
Staff are generally described as kind, helpful and responsive (e.g., reallocated room when AC failed); a few complaints about front-desk phone reachability and language ability lower the score slightly.
Location
9.4
Consistently praised for proximity to multiple subway lines, nearby shops and attractions (Ueno, favorite local stores) making it very convenient for sightseeing and business.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are clean but frequently described as small with limited luggage space; issues include hard pillows, awkward AC control/noisy unit and occasional lack of closet space, which reduce comfort.
Amenities
8.6
Good range of amenities noted: free drinks station, laundry facilities, shower pressure and basic supplies; some negatives (vending machines sold out, USB ports not working, humidifier not functioning) temper the rating.
Value for Money
9
Multiple guests mention reasonable/cheap rates and good overall value (breakfast included at low cost), making the hotel a good price-quality choice.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly praised for variety (miso, omelette, takoyaki, pastries and more) and quality; restaurant selection receives positive mention.
Overall Experience
7.6
Generally positive stay overall (clean, convenient, friendly staff), but repeated practical issues (small rooms, pillow hardness, noisy AC, occasional service/contact problems) lead to a somewhat mixed overall impression.

Pros:

Cons:

Nice quiet stay
Pros:

Location is in a nice quiet area of Osaka. Close to 2 train stations it made transport easier to get around. The hotel is nice & clean. Their free drinks service have many cold & hot options on offer & a nice spacious common area to sit and enjoy. They also offer Ramen to buy and cook yourself with easy to use equipment. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Free amenities in your room as well as optional amenities at reception if needed. The laundry room has separate washing machines and dryers which is convenient. Convenient stores also close by. It was quite hot in our room, the AC was a great.

Cons:

The room itself is small (which is common for Japan) as well as the bathroom space being small. There's not much room for luggage.
The room is quite dark, no natural light available.
Reception don't give change for laundry.

Dwoje zwiedzający Japonię
Pros:
