Enttäuschung – All Inclusive klingt besser, als es tatsächlich ist

Ich habe 5 Nächte im Bretanide Resort in Bol gebucht und dafür 2.144,80 € bezahlt. Für diesen Preis habe ich deutlich mehr Service, Organisation und Qualität erwartet.

Schon bei der Ankunft bekamen wir so gut wie keine Informationen – wo sich was befindet, wie das All-Inclusive-Konzept funktioniert, wo man welche Leistungen nutzen kann und welche Möglichkeiten das Resort bietet. Für ein so großes Resort mit mehreren hundert Gästen hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Organisation und Information erwartet.

In unserem Zimmer hatten wir Ameisen, sogar im Bett. Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut nicht akzeptabel.

Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir auch der Umgang mit Rauchern. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass Raucher praktisch diskriminiert werden und es nicht genügend vernünftig organisierte Bereiche für sie gibt.

Auch das All-Inclusive-Konzept ist meiner Meinung nach ziemlich fragwürdig. Vieles, was man bei einem All Inclusive erwarten würde, muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Die Pizzeria verfügt über nur wenige Tische auf der Terrasse. Direkt daneben befindet sich eine Bar mit deutlich mehr Sitzplätzen. Trotzdem ist es nicht möglich, an diesen Tischen Platz zu nehmen, wenn die Tische der Pizzeria besetzt sind. Das ist völlig unverständlich, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass sich rund 500 Gäste im Resort befinden.

Auch die Organisation an der Poolbar ist ein großes Problem. Man wartet sehr lange, während eine Person arbeitet und die andere danebensteht und zuschaut. Gerade in der Hauptsaison, wenn das Hotel voll ist, würde ich eine wesentlich bessere Organisation und mehr Personal erwarten.

Auch beim Essen gab es immer wieder Probleme. Heute bin ich zum Mittagessen gekommen, weil ich den Fisch essen wollte, der auf der Speisekarte stand – aber der Fisch war bereits aus. Das wäre vielleicht nicht ganz so schlimm, wenn es eine große Auswahl an anderen warmen Speisen geben würde.

Un hotel tres agreable sur une ile magnifique avec l'eau turquoise.
Pros:

L emplacement est idéal, la mer à 50M en bas de l’hôtel, un club à 500 pour les ados sur la plage de zlatni rat, toute la famille y trouve son bonheur. L hôtel est en très bon état et les chambres sont bien entretenues, côté restauration, il y a un buffet pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le diner, en dehors des horaires d ouverture, il y a une pizzeria qui propose également des pattes, du risotto et autres choses simples quand on veut trainer à la plage...à l’entrée de l’hôtel et sur réservation, est également disponible un petit restaurant très beau qui propose des BBQ. Tout est compris dans le all inclusive (sauf bouteille de vin) mais le vin en pichet et la bière son dans le forfait. L hôtel est calme et le personnel souriant, il y a beaucoup de personnel, tout est toujours propre, vous n’attendez jamais, ni pour manger, ni pour les activités.

Cons:

Le 1er jour, après un long voyage, on nous donne une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à la réservation faite sur Booking pour une chambre supérieure, on nous explique qu’il n’y a pas d'autre chambre ce jour-là de disponible (sur réservation) et que les photos sur Booking ne sont pas contractuelles. La colère monte et il est inimaginable de passer 15 jours à cet endroit qui ne correspond, ni aux photos ni au descriptif de l’achat. Le rdv est pris pour le lendemain avec la direction qui comprend le problème et qui a tout fait pour satisfaire notre demande changement de chambre. Merci à eux même si on aurait préféré ne pas avoir ce genre de déboire à l’arrivée.

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Setting
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. We had a room overlooking the garden, with a truly breathtaking, fairy-tale view of nature.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel offers a lot of facilities and activities, so I recommend reading the hotel brochure and asking at reception about everything that is available.

The food was excellent!!! If you happen to miss lunch, there is a pizzeria right next to the main restaurant that serves excellent pizza, lasagna, and pasta, so you certainly won’t go hungry.
The hotel’s overall offer is truly excellent, and we were very, very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed for 8 days, and lunch and dinner were different every day, which was a great experience. Breakfast was the only meal with a regular selection, but the choice was so extensive that it would be impossible to try everything. Honestly, there is no reason to complain about the breakfast ( We have seen some reviews....) — the variety was enormous and far more than most people would have at home, so something to think about.

One thing I highly recommend is booking a table at the Komin restaurant through reception. It was a beautiful experience, almost like something out of a movie.

The beach was lovely, and we always managed to find free sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is only about 300 metres from the hotel, while the town centre is approximately 1 km away.

Overall, we had a wonderful 8-day stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Séjour idéal proche de Bol
Pros:

L’emplacement (proche d’une très belle plage). Les cours de tennis en terre battue (très bien entretenus). La restauration (variée et de bon goût).

Cons:

Le peu de place à la plage (pas de transats disponibles après 6h30 du matin !). Le peu d’information sur les activités sportives « all inclusives ». Aucune communication en français.
