Pros:

I was charged $7.00 to park my car in their lot. The charge to stay wasn’t enough? If Holiday in is going to start charging extra to park I’ll be changing to another hotel chain. Typed in the wrong box. I didn’t like this

Great room and breakfast but parking fee is a dealbreaker.
Pros:

Very clean. Nice room. Great breakfast

Cons:

$7 parking fee. This is unheard of and I probably would not stay here again because of it. This is a rural location. No need for a parking fee.

Overall we were pleased with the hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was very nice and clean. Very happy with our room.

Cons:

The non refundable $20 damage fee and the $7 parking fee. Hotel was a little too far from the interstate.

The hotel was convenient for our activities in Abingdon. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.. One woman whose name we did not get was exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. On Saturday she was supervising and tending to the breakfast, and she was supervising the room cleaning.. She was very professional. She did not work on Saturday.

Cons:

The heating and a/c made the air very dry. The coffee in the room left a lot to be desired. The food in the dining area was delicious. Powdered coffee whitener is a sad substitute.

Comfortable one night stop
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, comfortable, quiet rooms

Cons:

$7 parking fee, added since our last visit here. The nightly fee already much higher than similar properties of different chains nearby. This new fee may deter us from staying here in the future even though we are pleased with everything else about it.
