A very disappointing and freezing experience; I regret not choosing the Hilton instead.
Pros:

The hotel was clean.

Cons:

From check-in to check-out, we never saw any housekeeping staff, and no one checked if our room needed cleaning. The toiletries were only enough for one use and were never restocked. Most importantly, in -12°F weather, the heater was dysfunctional; it blew cold air after a few minutes. The entire hotel, including the hallways and restaurant, was freezing, and the breakfast was mediocre and cold.

Wont be back since the Sat and Sun cost $392.
Pros:

THIS is what I dont like. Food not very good ! Cost too high for a smaller room. Incidental cost was $20 the 1 day we were here and a week later we spent 2 days here and the cost was $47.30? We had no use for this…no restaurant and no bar so what cost could occur?????

Pros:

This is our second stay at this facility, and love the location and the cleanliness.

Cons:

Well you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Our check in was ridiculous the clerk or attendant at check in counter (I don’t know the correct title.) Was rude and unprofessional. No greeting No hello asked was I a Hilton Honor Member I said yes and she couldn’t find it. That has NEVER happen. Slid me my keys and walked away. No directions whatsoever. Example elevator is around the corner, breakfast served in the morning, enjoy your stay. NOTHING I think we interrupted her phone scrolling.

Brookfield mall is a 2 minute drive away. Tons of dining options. Only reason for not giving them 5 stars is pool heater is not working.
