Das Essen im Restaurant Origen ist sehr lecker. Leider ist es dort so das das Geschirr also Teller, Besteck und Gläser nicht Sauber gewaschen werden. Diese weisen Essensreste vom vortag auf.

The buffet breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant. The heated swimming pool was a bonus.

Die Lage und die großzügige Anlage mit vielen Pools.Viel Platz und Ruhe.

Die Poollandschaft ist wunderschön und der Blick aufs Meer ein Traum.
Die Zimmer an sich sind in Ordnung und die Speisesäle sind sehr schick eingerichtet.

Nice big rooms, the food was better than other "all inclusive" I have tried (The buffet on Christmas 25th december was even better). Large pool area, but only one pool was heated, but it was okay.
Only negative thing was the minigolf course...when you pay 8 euro to play one would expect that the course was in ok shape and not full of small stones.

El personal muy agradable y atento. Comida variada y rica. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Great Hotel great facilities, great entertainment, great food and amazing staff..what more can I say...actually one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Great value for money too

This was our THIRD trip to this hotel. Absolutely love it. Gets better each time.
The same happy staff over the past 2 years indicating good management. Took our 5 year old and 15 year old. Lots for both kids to do as usual. Kids club, kids disco for the 5 year old. The games room, football, volleyball, snooker tables, water polo for the teenager.
Feel soo at home. Already looking at going back in April. I feel totally safe. Always attracts lovely families so it seems….all the families we have met there have said they would go back again or have been several times.

Food is to die for….never ever seen anything I haven’t liked the look of. Some hotels may water down certain things such as baked beans or sauces….but not this hotel. Everything is fresh and packed with flavour. Even the cocktails are really good! Some hotels it’s soo watered down! The prosecco by the bar is always ice cold which you can serve for yourself.

The cleanliness of this hotel is second to none. Our room was ALWAYS cleaned/tidied daily to a very high standard without fail. One of toilets got blocked….within an hour of alerting reception, it was done within the hour. Because staff clean and tidy constantly all surfaces/family areas, it encourages people to keep it that way to. Even in the bar….some hotels have constantly sticky/unclean areas, but this hotel is clean constantly.

Staff to shout out to….a lovely lady in the restaurant called ‘Ale’. What a smiley/helpful lady. Always made a fuss of our daughter.
And of course the entertainment staff….IRENE, MICKEY, JOJO and RATZ. Met them all several times. My daughter, son and husband all loved seeing you again. We would be absolutely gutted if you ever left. Your energy, patience and kindness is what keeps us coming back.

We booked three rooms for my sisters 60th birthday through Tui for a group of women aged between 24 and 61yrs.
We were a little worried about some of the reviews but I'm happy to say that we were very happy with our weeks stay.
A small negative was that some of our cases got taken to the room and a couple didn't and due to the terrain and no lifts it was hard getting the remaining cases to the room.
The three rooms were all lovely and cleaned every day.The only problem we had was a strong drain smell after the 1st day in all our rooms in the same block next to each other.
We reported it to reception and it got dealt with immediately and sprayed and solved the issue.
We loved the gym.Plenty of space.We used it every day.The pools were great with plenty of sunbeds.
The Spa was fab and we all had treatments which we enjoyed.The staff were lovely there.
The food was fab and plenty of choice.We loved it.
I was worried about wine from a tap but it was great.
Take a water bottle to fill your water from the taps as there is no bottled water.We also bought spare bottles from the bar for 50 euros which we could fill up as well.Great to save on plastic waste.
At night we would sit in the lounge area and enjoyed the two pianists especially the lady one.
We did a couple of trips.One on a bus to a nearby town to look at the parks,museum,church and volcano on route.
Also an organised trip round the Island.
The staff at the hotel were lovely especially the restaurant staff.They are a credit to the hotel.
The only poor one was the receptionist who booked us in.She wasn't very personable.But all other staff were great.
I loved the Island and this hotel and it's quiet location and I intend to return next year to show my husband the hotel and explore the island further.
We all felt the same,even our younger members of our group.
A lovely holiday was had by us all with great family memories.
