Location
If there is a microwave at breakfast area, it would be a plus.
Not much
There was mold all over the showers in both of our rooms. And I have a wife and kid that are very allergic to it.
The room was nice. The food was ok.
The hotel double charged me after I already pre-paid
Location.
The breakfast was a let down. They were out of food, including coffee, at about 9:30 AM on a Saturday. The rooms were nice but for the price I would expect it to be nicer and cleaner.
I wasn't allowed to eat their breakfast. The location was the only good thing about the place.
I was denied service because management claimed that Booking.com took my money but failed to make a reservation. They wouldn't even let me rent a room by paying twice. I was tossed out into the street.
I suppose the location of the Hotel was a good quality, the exterior and lobby and at first glance of our room and the facilities looked wonderful, but overall I have a pretty negative review.
The pool was chemically very wrong. My wife and kids and I could all tell as soon as we got in that something about the water was not being handled right, thankfully no one had a severe reactions to the water but even so, several days after our stay we are still trying to get the smell of the pool off of us. The pool water did not seem safe if our children got any in their mouths, noses, eyes, etc.
The staff at the front desk were generally not very helpful when we checked in, they could have atleast asked if we needed additional towels or bedspread for the trundle bed when they checked us in as they knew we had 6 people (3 adults and 3 small kids) sleeping in our room. The staff at the bar we very friendly though and made decent drinks.
Breakfast was pretty lousy by comparison to other places providing the same service. I expected a lot better from a Marriott hotel.
The single nightstand was making a high-pitched chirping noise, had to unplug it and thus sacrifice the access to some of the only outlets in the room.
The bathroom was not very private and the ceiling vent in the bathroom did not have a proper working vent, you could hear anyone using the bathroom and all of the accompanying smells.
Behind the nightstand and in corners of the bathroom and tiled areas, we could tell that no one cleaned the room very thuroughly, the room had loose tiling and wallpaper in the bathroom and stains on the walls in places.
Not very good lighting in the living space.
The amenities were great, rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful.
Cleaned
There was a large variety of tasty breakfast items available including proteins, fruits, and grains. It was excellent.
The hotel was clean and the room had plenty of space for 5 people. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.
There was no soap or lotion stocked in the bathroom. Room service was only on request. The shower drain was very clogged.
Very nice
I was unable to use my tv. I really wanted to relax and watch March madness. It was very disappointing!
