First of all no answer from anyone in the messages in this app. They said I should have contacted them directly. Why would I do it if I booked through booking and if they’ve sent a message through booking?
I wanted to ask how do I book the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, no answer. I ended up paying a taxi which was from terminal 4 - 26$. When I questioned how would I book they said I needed to call. Well I’m on holidays I don’t have a line for it.. when did the check out I saw I could have done by a link. Why they didn’t say anything? I had to take another uber just before it.. annoying.
They don’t specify that you should have your physical card, so I didn’t and they first said I could not checkin. After being stressed with the shuttle and start off my trip like that I could not check in?
They solve this problem and gave me a 35$ voucher to use in the restaurant.
The AC/heater makes so much noise you can’t sleep.
The shower is either cold or burning you, there’s no middle term and if you try to find a middle term be aware you gonna stay another 10min waiting for the water getting in boiling temperature again.
My experience at this Marriott hotel was disappointing, not because of what happened, but because of how it was handled.
At the coffee shop in the lobby, the staff member spoke to me in a very rude tone. The issue was not whether he brought the coffee or not—it was the way he spoke to a guest. In a luxury hotel, tone and respect matter.
The bigger issue happened at the front desk. We had extended our stay for another night and were planning to pay, but before we could do so, our key cards were deactivated. When I asked for a new key, they assumed we would not pay and insisted on immediate payment before allowing access.
Since the payment terminal did not accept tap, I needed to go to the room to get my physical card. They escorted me with two security guards, opened the door to my room, and kept the door open while all of my personal belongings were visible inside. When I asked them to please close the door for my privacy while I retrieved my card, they refused and said they had to keep it open.
The entire situation felt humiliating and disrespectful. Instead of being treated like a valued guest in a luxury hotel, I was treated as if I could not be trusted.
Hospitality is not just about policies—it is about respect, trust, and how guests are treated. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.
