The porter/driver loading the vans at 5:30 in the am were amazing- getting folks to right terminal
Cons:

It would have been good to have some lighter entrees in the restaurant. We had just flown 8 hours and we ordered the pasta, but 1/2 or 1/3 of the serving would have been enough. A soup and salad option might be nice.

Pros:

Posizione comoda da e per l aeroporto, collegato con Air Train gratuito. Stesso collegamento per l autonoleggio

Cons:

La colazione scarsa, con poca scelta e con personale scortese. Hanno chiesto un pagamento extra per il cappuccino! Anche lo staff al front desk è stato poco cordiale. E’il più costoso tra gli hotel adiacenti all’aeroporto senza motivo secondo me

Buena ubicación, pero no cumplió con las expectativas. No pude descansar como necesitaba.
Pros:

El servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto funciona. Aunque pueden haber oportunidades de mejora para el recojo.

Cons:

El A/C de mi cuarto sonaba demasiado fuerte cada vez que se prendia. Era tan fuerte el sonido q me despertaba, con lo cual no pude descansar bien.

Pros:

The food for breakfast was lovely but didn’t think it was butter as I know it
The coffee had been brewed a while
The service was pleasant but extremely slow

Cons:

The wait for seating in a nearly empty restaurant and the eait to give my order, I had to request a coffee refillSlept teally well and had good food
