Pros:

Muy nuevo, limpio, cuidado. Habia una sala de juegos para niños muy chula

Cons:

La neverita de la habitacion no funcionaba.
Lo peor fue el momento de la comida, llegamos tipo 14h/15h y solo habia a la carta (perfecto ya que entendiamos las horas) la chica que atendia no parecia enterarse mucho, tardaron como 20 min para 2 hanburguesas

The reception was awful. We arrived early n we were told no room is ready. So tgey told us to wait. And after 1.5 hours d rooms were ready but the Reception dudnt do anuthing about it. We expected her to get all d keys ready by then. Instead we hv to wait another 45 minutes for her to sort out d keys

We had a wonderful stay @ Ibis KB
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from check-in until departure. They were also very accommodating by fulfilling our request for connecting rooms, which made our stay much more convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. A nice touch was that guests can request a coffee machine, which was a great addition for coffee lovers.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom design. The toilet and shower have glass doors with an open-concept layout, which may not offer enough privacy, especially when sharing the room with family.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent. The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.
Pros:

Very satisfied with my stay at Ibis Styles Hotel Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The frontliner staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu.

Cons:

Everything was great during our stay. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more variety in the breakfast menu. Other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
