Art View Hotel - Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center

Poor poor poor experience. Would not recommend it all. Our towels are quite old, the service was not the best. The bathroom wouldnt be cleaned and the bins wouldn't be cleared out. The only thing that we did enjoy was the bed. We were also not informed about the restaurant times, if there were any.

The only good thing about the hotel is the mattress and the pillow. Rest is all horrible.
I visited this hotel during covid and was way better than now.

Imagine they have spoiled juices in the breakfast its fermented because the chef doesnt even know that using defrosted fruits is like meat it will spoil right after because its not pasteurized.
The whole food selection was horrible. Ban marie was off all hot food is cold.

A customer saw me talking to the waiter he told me plz tell the reception its been 2 days and were telling them about the juice. It seems the chef even didnt defrost it today..

Can you imagine they are charging 700 sar almost 200$ per night and they are hesitant to put coffee in rooms. They only put milk capsules but not coffee…
and only 2x330ml water. My 2 years old son drinks more than that….

The hotel is not even clean. I checked in the toilet supposed to be sanitized on arrival as per the label but they just keep the label there and do not clear neither sanitize.

Reception speaks to guests while looking at their phone. This is an unknown hospitality value only found in 1 stars motels.

Last thing dont fall for the balcony they are bragging about. U cant see anything but bricks from there.

My last visit

Wednesday night loud music till late , same from Thursday night. Loud music till 1am. When I finally fell asleep the alarm went of in the corridor, 3am Staying on the first floor did not help either I guess
Wednesday evening I wasn’t welcome at the restaurant as there was some Arab convention. They clearly don’t like Europeans. Thursday evening the restaurant was completely shut ….I was told do go to the coffee lounge
Young boy at reception did not speak English and obviously did not give a sh….too busy in his phone
My advise : avoid this place when you are a non Muslim

The friendliness and service-minded approach of the bell captain zaibi and front desk assistant Naïf Alsswadi were amazing, actually all hotel staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable, thank you very much

Nice room (junior suite) but old towels and mattress cover. Location Convenient for the Riyadh international convention center.
Breakfast not great not terrible: no orange juice no espresso coffee (only instant coffee). I was expecting something better at the price I paid.

Excellent stay: room well appointed and very clean, neat bathroom, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. The price was good too…Coffee at the entrance and dates were appreciated and the location could not have been better for the international conference centre right opposite.

The toilet sank in water when i did shower due to drainage issues
Parking is available on premises under ground

Clean and spacious room

This hotel looked like a great new kid on the block. Check in was really smooth and safe, room is a great size, it was clean and smelt good even though it was a smoking room. Great amenities like Nespresso machine, free water plentiful, average room service menu.
However, I am on a business trip. The wifi is absolutely shocking, no connection at all. I had a terrible nights sleep, the bedd was way too soft and it was a struggle to move in the bed. The noise from traffic was horrendous and around 4am there was this terrible rubber burning smell from somewhere near the facility. I went to work looking like a zombie.
TV was all Arabic, BBC World service was scrambled, no other English channels.
The breakfast was just ordinary. I tried to have toast, but no butter, no jam.
I had originally booked to stay here for 10 night, I had to check out after 2.
Really disappointing
