I had a great experience with the restaurant especially the service the girls: namthip, tee and aew were super nice and made me feel very welcome
I truly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Khao Lak Resort and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended ! The staff were very friendly . Thanks you Nan and Frame our bell man .
Nice hotel with a beautiful environment. Although we only stayed for one night, we had enough time to enjoy the pools, restaurants, and especially Rosalyn Spa, which was the highlight of our stay.
The lady at check-in was very welcoming, and the bellboy was friendly and helpful. Khun Kathy was always smiling and made us feel very welcome.
Most importantly, we really appreciated how quiet the room was and the excellent soundproofing. It made our stay very relaxing and comfortable.
We will definitely be back!

We spent 2 days and 1 night at the hotel with our family and our two young children, and we had such a wonderful experience!
The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is spacious and very family-friendly, with plenty of room for children to play and enjoy themselves.
The Kids’ Club was a big hit with our little ones—they absolutely loved it! There is also a large swimming pool with a fun water slide, which kept the kids entertained for hours.
We also really enjoyed the restaurant right by the beach. Being able to have a meal while enjoying the beautiful seaside atmosphere was such a lovely experience.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway.
Overall, it was a wonderful 2-day, 1-night family trip. The kids had so much fun, and we parents were able to relax and enjoy quality time together. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families with young children! ❤️
The entrance/lobby makes a welcoming first impression. Deluxe Garden room was spacious and comfortable although mattress a little too firm. The room had a bathtub which is rare to find in standard hotel rooms. Ask for corner room which had partial view of the ocean from good-size balcony.
Excellent value in the off-season - weather good but beach closed due to dangerous conditions. The location is a bit further away from main Khao Lak and there’s no shops or restaurants nearby. However, the food at the resort is reasonably priced.

The pools were all amazing. Especially the villa pool x which was the biggest private pool I've ever seen.
The breakfast buffet was also wonderful with so many good quality options.
Some things in the room were in disrepair. It didn't affect our enjoyment, but it did show that they needed to do some upkeep. For example the scale in the room didn't work, some planks on the back deck were warped with the corners lifted, and the bathtub leaked a bit from the bottom when it was filled too high.
However none of these things stopped us from enjoying the room to the fullest.
Facilities and staff fantastic
A great hotel with lots to do even in low season. The breakfast was full of choice and the quality was great. Our 3 year old had lots of fun in the various pools and water slides. A special mention to Khun Nan who took very good care of us from our electric buggy drop off to securing parking for our car - awesome service!

I would like to kindly suggest that all staff across every department maintain a warm smile and speak politely and pleasantly with every guest. This is only a suggestion, as overall, I really enjoyed everything about my stay.
For example, some of the security staff at the entrance and some members of the gardening team could be a little more welcoming and friendly toward guests.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience and truly enjoyed my stay. This is simply a suggestion that I hope can help make the guest experience even better. 😊
It was really great resort with excellent facility but being club Mahindra affiliation, we were expecting some good vegetarian meal options but it was not there.

Jee Ton was great. I woke up with beck pain,but after a 30 minute beck and shoulder massage the pain is all gone. Thank you!
Had an amazing time all staff were amazing!! Pool bar staff were on the ball keeping up with the Aussies! loved the spa especially Jenny my facial was amazing and housekeeping made me a floral happy birthday on my bed and left me a cake great week

Very warm hospitality service and smiles,location right on beach and you need to take taxi to main highway 3 kms for convenience store.
Tropical lush setting with noise of waves crashing onto beach relaxing.
Generally quite but can be rather loud around pool areas which you would expect.
The kids club is absolutely brilliant and activities for all age group with weekly program of events from 9am to 6pm.
Great value for money as our package included daily buffet breakfast with huge selections.
Most definitely for budget conscious travellers only $2000 bhat a night.
We had included 2 spa treatments and 2 cocktails .
Rooms were inpectably clean and spacious with lots of room including large open balcony 😀.
Daily services if required but we choose every 2 day to minimise carbon footprint
