Thanks for your massage , but I need to say something about the stay actually :
1- it’s too far from Phuket city , far from attractions , far from everything as the hotel didn’t provide any transportation from airport or to take us to attractions in reasonable price , always I have to pay for expensive transportation going to Phuket and back again .. I spent a lot of money in this .. hotel not helping at all to provide shuttle for that ..
2- once I get the hotel , and after I got tired cause of long journey from airport , they ask me pay 5000 bat as deposit as we need cash money to spend for food and transportation..
3- hotel don’t care that you pay a lot of money for rooms and staying , they don’t care about you are tired cause of this …
4- if the hotel don’t change the way how to deal with customers, this is not good for the hotel and it’s ruppitation .
5- no activities inside the hotel also , as it’s far from attraction , the hotel need to provide some activities ..
I will not recommend this hotel if it’s continue with this same system at all , we have paid a lot for staying .

I had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place. The session began with a deeply relaxing Thai massage by Jee Sunny, who has amazing technique and perfectly relieved all my tension. Afterward, I was warmly welcomed by Jee Natty with a comforting cup of ginger herbal tea, which was the perfect ending to a peaceful session. The hospitality and service here are truly exceptional
Shout out to Nun (Bellman), Honey and Kathy at Front desk! They are so much hospitality and they are very friendly. Nun helps me a lot to find my motorbike parking and take me to show all facilities. The front desk they put me to the room with bathtub near by the beach and very smooth check in. They are warm welcome and it’s make me very relax. By the way the room quite old and need to clean up more. But overall for my stay that so fantastic!

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Khao Lak Resort. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a great experience. (Can't recognize their name but check in on 31Jul at Front deck about 11:30-13:00 approximately) Their excellent service made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious choices to suit every taste. We also loved the drinks at both the Pool Bar and Beach Bar. The cocktails and beverages were excellent, and the staff were friendly and approachable, creating a relaxed atmosphere without making guests feel uncomfortable.
The resort itself has a bright, open, and relaxing ambiance. One of the highlights is the long swimming pool that stretches across the different accommodation buildings, making it incredibly convenient to access the pool from almost anywhere in the resort.
Overall, Pullman Khao Lak exceeded our expectations in every way. From the excellent facilities and delicious food to the exceptional service, it was a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to coming back again.
I had 3 different treatments with Runya, and I would highly recommend. The Indian head massage was particularly relaxing. I will be back there definitely.
Superbe séjours en famille, massage au spa de 1h30 fabuleux. Five, Ton and Kitty (spa) were amazing and very kind. I recommend !! love it. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Big swimming pool and cocktail are délicious. The beach is at 200m of the hôtel.
We just had a Couples Retreat package from Rosalyn Spa - it was amazing. Five’s service was great from booking the package, right through to the end of our service. And our masseuses, Ton and Jenny, delivered such an exceptional experience. Ton has hands of magic!
