Tropical jungle honeymoon
Pros:

The location is great, a quick 30 minute drive into town, 90 minutes from the airport. You’re true in nature at Pullman Khao Lak.
It’s the exact resort you want if you want luxury combined with nature that is also family friendly.
The food and drink were amazing, the staff were absolutely incredibly.
A great place for our honeymoon.
Even with children around the resort is quiet enough that you don’t hear them.
The different room options were great. We used the gym every day and the facilities cleanliness were exceptional! Better than our own local gym at home!! We had the most amazing relaxing time - exactly what we needed.

Cons:

The only down side - the pool bar doesn’t serve snacks. So spending the day by the pool and hunger hits is probably the most annoying thing. Having to move locations for a snack.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Pullman, the stuff was nice the kids areas and the actual room was very comfortable
Pros:

The scenery, The design and the location of the hotel is very pleasant

The breakfast I this that it could be a bit more developed. For example including the local fruits in the actual breakfast buffet.

พนักงานส่วนใหญ่น่ารัก ยิ้มแย้มดี แม่บ้านก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดี โรมแรมมีเค้กวันเกิดกับการ์ดให้ลูกชายด้วยค่ะ ขอบคุณมาก แม้แต่ลูกค้าห้องอื่นๆ ก็น่ารักเป็นมิตรมากๆ สระดี เด็กชอบมาก สนุกมาก สามีก็ชอบมากเหมือนกัน เราก็สนุก แฮปปี้มากค่ะ แต่ห้องที่เราพักต้อง Late Check-In ประมาณชั่วโมงกว่าๆ ระหว่างรอให้ลูกไปเล่น Kid Club (เสียดายของเล่นเริ่มเก่าแล้ว) อีกอย่างฟร้อนท์อาจจะต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องการทำงานและการสื่อสารกันภายในให้ดีขึ้น ตอน Check-In พนักงานอ่ำอึ้งที่จะตอบว่าห้องยังไม่เสร็จเรียบร้อย บางช่วงปล่อยให้เค้าน์เตอร์โล่ง ไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ บางช่วงมีพนักงานคนเดียว ถ้าติดสายอยู่ เราต้องยืนรอพนักงานวางสายเพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลที่ต้องการ ตอน Check-Out พนักงานโทรมาสอบถามเวลา Check-Out สองครั้ง ระยะเวลาห่างกันไม่เกิน 10 นาที คนแรกเป็นต่างชาติ เราแจ้งว่ากำลังออกให้บักกี้มารอรับกระเป๋าได้เลย เพราะสามีกำลังขนกระเป๋าออกไป สามีรอเป็น 10 นาที จนมีสายที่สอง ถามแบบเดียวกันรอบนี้เป็นคนไทย เราเลยบอก"อ่อไม่ต้อง เพราะมีฟร้อนท์โทรมาก่อนหน้าแล้ว" เราก็แจ้งไปแล้วว่าให้บักกี้มารอได้เลย เพราะกำลังขนกระเป๋าอยู่ พอวางสาย สามีเดินเข้ามาบอกว่า รอบักกี้ 10 นาทีได้แล้วยังไม่มีใครมารับเลย เราเลยโทรกลับไปหาฟร้อนท์อีกรอบขอบักกี้มารับค่ะ สรุปน่าจะไม่ได้สื่อสารกัน และพนักงานต่างคนต่างโทรเช็คลูกค้า พนักงานต่างชาติน่าจะฟังเราไม่เข้าใจ เพราะเขาถามภาษาไทย เราก็ตอบภาษาไทยด้วย ตอน Check-Out คืนกุญแจพนักงานต่างชาติก็บอกให้รอแม่บ้านเช็คห้องก่อน เราก็นั่งรอกัน จนเจอคุณกวางเข้ามาทัก จนรู้ว่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว Check-Out ได้เลย ที่แปลกคือ ถ้าเช็คห้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทำไมฟร้อนท์คนนั้นไม่มาบอกเรา ปล่อยให้เรานั่งรอทำไมนะ? ถ้าคุณกวางไม่มาสอบถาม ก็คงนั่งรออยู่แบบนั้นแหละ

I'd love to recommend the place named Rosalyn located in Pullman resort in Khao Lak, in which the staff is excellent, especially Kitty, Sunny and Five (the receptionist).
