Convenience for families
Pros:

Very well designed hotel, perfect for families, very convenient, lots of activities for the kids

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Pullman Khao Lak Resort, probablement l’un des meilleurs hôtels que ma femme et moi ayons eu l’occasion de faire.

Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites : la literie est d’une qualité remarquable, les chambres sont impeccablement propres et très confortables. La vue sur la piscine et les jardins est magnifique, avec une végétation luxuriante parfaitement entretenue qui donne vraiment l’impression d’être dans un petit paradis tropical.

Le soir, l’ambiance devient magique avec le chant des grenouilles qui accompagne la nuit, un détail simple mais qui rend l’expérience encore plus dépaysante. La plage est superbe, idéale pour se détendre ou se promener.

Un grand bravo également à tout le personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. L’hôtel dispose aussi d’une superbe salle de sport et propose de nombreuses activités très appréciables pendant le séjour.


En résumé, un séjour merveilleux dans un cadre magnifique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : la qualité des repas pourrait être légèrement améliorée, même si le choix proposé est très large.

Is gewoon een relaxte plek om tot rust te komen

Cons:

Heb weinig in de buurt al heb je op loopafstand wel wat prima eetgelegenheden. Zowel op het strand als aan de voorzijde van het hotel op ongeveer 5min lopen. Dit scheelt qua kosten en je bent ook even weg uit het hotel

Прекрасный пляж. Компактный и продуманный отель.
Pros:

Нравится расположение, соотношение цены качества. Скорость устранения неполадок хорошая ( засор слива и сломанный замок).

Cons:

Уборка в номере поверхностная, балкон не подметали только выносили мусор. В первом номере с позиционированием с видом на море фактически с видом на крышу ресторона и хибару рядом, так же был запах сырости и плесени. Жуткая посуда в баре у бассейна ( изношеные пластиковые стаканы с микротрещинами). Посуды на завтраке постоянно не хватает. В СПА не понравилась обратная связь на качетсво оказанной услуги, традиционый тайский массаж привел к мышечному растяжению ноги, но мне ответили что это нормально, хотя услугу получаю не в первый раз, и такой боли не должно быть! Не удобно пользоваться гиеническими принадлежностями ( гель для душа, мыло для рук) для детей абсолютно невозможно помыть руки самостоятельно из за расположения мыла, из за держателя носик мыла все время заедает.

Tolle Pool und Hotelanlage . Schöner sauberer Strand. Nettes Personal. Familien Suite sehr schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant. 2 Thai Restaurants um die Ecke , ansonsten keine weiteren Optionen. Auch kein 7 Eleven fußläufig zu erreichen .

Pros:

La beauté de l'hôtel, il est spacieux. La piscine et la plage sont incroyables. Il y a tout même un espace pour les enfants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Cons:

Le petit point est l'accueil de certains membres du personnel. Peu souriants. Nous avons été déçu à la fin de devoir payer la nourriture mis à disposition dans la chambre car il n'était pas indiqué que c'était payant.

The food is terrible, it’s very far out so you can only really eat at the hotel unless you venture out. Had to send food back multiple times.

Toller Strand - schönes Hotel
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer mit Poolzugang, ruhig und ungestört. Betten, Badewanne, Dusche mit viel Platz. Fantastisches Frühstück. Sauber. Erstaunlich ruhig für ein Familienhotel. Traumhafter Strand, sehr gute kleine Restaurants am Strand („Blue Sky“)und an der Straße (zB„Ona“)

Cons:

Zu wenig Liegestühle für die Anzahl der Gäste, viele Handtuchreservierer. Für alle anderen gab‘s erst nachmittags Platz. Unser Zimmer wurde leider erst nachmittags saubergemacht, einmal erst nach 17:30. Vielleicht fehlt Personal? Eine Info vorab dazu wäre hilfreich.

Хороший отель с небольшой, но ухоженной и логистически комфортной территорией. Несколько бассейнов, уютный пляж с шезлонгами. Два ресторана, несколько баров. Прекрасный спа.
Рядом на берегу есть кафе, магазинчик и крытые топчаны для массажа.
