Hermoso por el.Hotel, decepcionado de su personal.

Las instalaciones del Hotel.

Cons:

Hubo pool party, mis hijos y mi esposa no pudieron disfrutat plenamente de la alberca y el evemto terminó demasiado tarde y demasiado ruido y poca privavicidad. Y bajo otro orden de ideas, nuestro viaje fue a celebrar nuestro aniveesario de bodas y si bien en la reserva no avise el moriv, cuabdo llegamos e hicimos check in diije el morivo, informando al personal, para que en la cena se tuviera algún detalle con motivo de ello, y simplemente se nos informó que no se había podido hacer nada algo al respecto por parte de recepci[n, siendo que hemos viajado por gran parte de nuestro hermoso México motivo del mismo acontecimiento y siempre hemos tenido excelente atención y detalles muy bonitos. La verdad nos semtimos abandonados por el personal de dicho hotel, sin dejar de reconocer que el Hotel está hermoso y la habitación que nos asignaron de lujo. Esperabamos más de su personal, y al final nos querían cobrar una botella de agua del frigobar qie no consumimos. Una pena. Me imagimo que el dueño del Hotel no se semtiría cómodo con dichos incidentes.

Cálido y una boutique muy especial que lo tienen todo.
Pros:

El equipo del hotel muy amables, particularmente el Valet parking y una especial boutique donde le compré un vestido muy lindo a mi esposa que le encantó.

La falta de tiempo para disfrutar más.

Très sympa, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Pros:

Les chambre sont très grandes, très propres. Le personnel est très sympa et essaie de trouver des solutions. L'hotel est très bien construit avec des matériaux de très grandes qualités. Je le recommande vraiment. Il y a beaucoup d'installation.

Cons:

bien, simplement pour les petits déjeuner il faut monter des escaliers dans une salle petite. Et un jour il n'y avait plus de place pour prendre le déjeuner, c'est dommage car ils ont des salles plus grandes pour recevoir les clients. La douche ils ont collé un film pour la privacité à hauteur des yeux, ce qui n'a pas de sens, ils aurait du le coller au niveau du corps. Il passe la musique du chanteur en permanence, je comprends que c'est le propriétaire de cet hotel, mais c'est fatiguant, il pourrait mélanger la musique.

This Young Man called Mr Vargas gave us an Amazing Tour of the property of Mansion Solis Hotel … even though it was late at 9:00 PM He was so Proper Educated and knowledgeable what a great employee We will certainly be back again.We absolutely Loved The Service!!! Great Job!!

Es muy cómodo y lindo, la atención del capitán en el restaurante excelente también de la mesera que nos atendió

DEBERIAN DE DAR UNA PULSERA O ALGO QUE MUESTRE QUE ERES HUESPED ES MUY MOLESTO QUE TE ESTEN PREGUNTANDO Y MAS CUANDO VAS CON UN ADULTO MAYOR, ENTIENDO QUE LA SEGURIDAD ES BUENA Y ESTO ESTA MUY BIEN, PERO QUE TE PREGUNTEN UNA OTRA Y OTRA VES Y LAS PALABRAS AMABLES PERO EL TONO Y LA ACTITUD NO TANTO. Que en las habitaciones no halla donde colgar las toallas mojadas, y otro espacio para poner las maletas abiertas y no tener que andarlas moviendo.
