Es muy cómodo y lindo, la atención del capitán en el restaurante excelente también de la mesera que nos atendió

DEBERIAN DE DAR UNA PULSERA O ALGO QUE MUESTRE QUE ERES HUESPED ES MUY MOLESTO QUE TE ESTEN PREGUNTANDO Y MAS CUANDO VAS CON UN ADULTO MAYOR, ENTIENDO QUE LA SEGURIDAD ES BUENA Y ESTO ESTA MUY BIEN, PERO QUE TE PREGUNTEN UNA OTRA Y OTRA VES Y LAS PALABRAS AMABLES PERO EL TONO Y LA ACTITUD NO TANTO. Que en las habitaciones no halla donde colgar las toallas mojadas, y otro espacio para poner las maletas abiertas y no tener que andarlas moviendo.

Instalaciones muy bonitas. Buen acceso y movilidad. El restaurante nada recomendable.

En general, las instalaciones son muy bonitas. A pesar de que no està en el cuadro de la ciudad, es fácil llegar a las zonas principales del Centro de la ciudad. Fácil movilidad.

Cons:

El restaurante deja mucho que desear. La carta no està disponible al 100%, al igual que las bebidas. En la cerveza sólo manejan una lìnea. El.sabor de los platillos nada recomendable.

El servicio de limpieza y de cuidad de la habitación dejaron muchos detalles sin atender. Prácticamente solicitamos la mayoría de las amenidades básicas.

Muy buen gimnasio, completísimo y espacioso.
en general muy buenas instalaciones , piscina, yacusi , etc

The suite is wow!! I was impressed and felt like celebrity. The staff was so friendly they made my family and I feel important and very welcomed.

Pros:

Property is a little outdated. The amenities list on the website are not accurate. The pools heater does not work and their pool bar is no longer in operation. Pool and jacuzzi need to be maintained better and cleaned more often. Housekeeping staff were amazing though and kept the rooms clean!!!

5 estrellas bien merecidas por su infraestructura y atención, aunque algunos detalles en mantenimiento y servicios podrí

La ubicación es excelente cerca de todo.
Muy linda la piscina aparte coincidí con el evento del aniversario del SPA.
Buen hotel para descansar

Cons:

Había poca presión del agua
Hace falta un espejo de cuerpo entero en la habitación.
Para ser 5 estrellas por el precio debe incluir el desayuno.
