Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. During our two-night stay, the air conditioning did not function properly, and there were persistent noises throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get the restful stay we had expected.

I regret having to leave a negative review, but I feel it is important to share our honest experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers whose priority is a quiet and comfortable night's sleep.

Great stay in Brooklyn
Pros:

The room was styled nicely, it was comfortable and the staff were great. I found it really easy to get to by train from JFK airport and found the neighbourhood nice and very accessible to the rest of New York. I was travelling solo and this was a much better option than the hostel styled accomodation in more central parts of the city.

The mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

No hooks for towels . TV remote didn’t work. The comforter was stained. The hot water kettle in the breakfast room was dirty. The water in the water dispenser was dirty. There is not enough space for clothes. No chairs in the room.
