Kitchen wasn't working. Food not available

Clean, comfortable rooms. Fruenfly staff. Good food.
Heating wasn't working and I was only given a room heater the bext day.
My third stay. Convenient and pleasant surroundings. Room was delightful with most needs met.
Just one but important matter. After a cold night there was no heating available. I pointed this out to the manager at checkout. After initial silence he remarked that summer is on the way !!!

It was so cold had to wear my coat to dinner. The rooms were freezing heating only came on in the morning. Lovely place BUT needs some TLC and decorating. Staff at great.
The location was ideal, the staff were really friendly and helpful and parking was good. The food in the restaurant was lovely!
It was a bit cold in our room (we were grateful for the plug in heater) and the water from the shower was only lukewarm. The bed was also a bit lumpy!
Spacious room with a lovely view and huge bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meal were good too. A very peaceful, relaxing place to stay.
The room was a little cold and I think the heating may not have been working properly but there was an electric heater provided and the room soon warmed up when I used it.

That hotel was where I needed to be with Sutton Staithe boat yard being opposite , staff were real friendly, room clean , spacious and comfortable
